Melissa (sorry a I didn't get her last name) is always pleasant and extremely helpful in person or on the phone. I've stood in line and know first hand customers can be very rude. Another associate , last name Rieth is also always pleasant. Establishment's like this need to keep store shelves filled, medications on hand, cleaned and maintained, even when short staffed without the benefit of cutting back on products or hours to ease the work load. For that reason alone, and many others, people need to cut them some slack and offer some gratitude.

Then I asked how long and how much and the pharmacist gave a heavy sigh and said maybe 30 minutes because she had to enter it and blah, blah, blah. and NO COST! If you don't want to do the job - get another one. May be switching to another CVS location or another pharmacy.

Not sure who makes that business decision to shut the pharmacy down rather than leaving half the staff there while half the staff takes their lunch. Even with this ridiculous policy, I arrived five minutes before their lunchtime and just needed a quick flu shot which takes no more than two or three minutes, nobody else was there waiting in line. It was just me they left me stand at the counter for three minutes before coming to the counter and telling me well they were just getting ready to leave for lunch and I would have to leave and come back some other time to get my flu shot, I ridiculously bad customer service and ridiculously bad policy to send the entire staff off for lunch at the same time in the middle of the day and shut the whole pharmacy down.

I called today and spoke with a woman who worked in that department. Not only did she have the guts to basically call me a liar over the phone but her over all attitude was TERRIBLE. She interrupted nearly everything I said, her tone was flippant and it was obvious that she didn't care. Once she started to pick up on the fact that I was probably going to write a review about her specifically she began to offer me "options".... The funny thing is I wouldn't even be writing this review if she hadn't presented such horrible customer service and attitude. I tend to be pretty understanding regardless of how negative a situation is for me because let's face it sometimes it isn't the person's fault on the other end of the phone and I get that.... This gal was just rude and that isn't something I tolerate very well. Hope I don't have to run into her when I'm finally able to pick up my medications because I will probably ask her if she would like to talk about her personal problems because it seems like her bad moods are spilling over into her work :/ My rant is done.

This CVS pharmacy rarely has someone at the front register to check anyone out and you are…read moreseemingly *required* mostly to use the self checkouts. This evening when I came in, I had a medical emergency that I was attempting to deal with and there were two girls right in the front, with 1 standing near the register that was closed. I said to the other girl at the self checkout that I did not understand why there was never a cashier register open, particularly on this occasion when there are two people *right* there. I also reiterated that I had a medical emergency. While I was checking out at the self checkout, there was a young man to my right who was equally frustrated. He went to the register because for some reason the rude associate, Cheyenne, was happy to help him. She lifted up a bell, despite standing AT the register and sarcastically said something along the lines of " see this nifty bell? Ring it." I told her that sarcasm would not work in her favor if I reviewed this place and so this is my review and I will not be back. Cheyenne then came around from behind the counter, stood right in front of me and I asked her if she had a problem. She indicated that I was the one that had the problem. I left indicating that I would be complaining about this because no one should have to go into a pharmacy who is experiencing an emergency and be treated in such a way for any reason at all. If you, or a loved one you are shopping for, have a medical emergency don't expect to get checked out quickly particularly if you're not used to using self checkouts and you're in a logical rush. If Cheyenne is working, you will not be treated well or with any type of actual customer service.
