They said they did not take GoodRX (which I guess I thought everyone did!) but for one of the scripts they told me they didn't carry it and doubted anyone did. I asked if they could transfer my script to CVS. They told me they couldn't but it I called around and found a pharmacy that had that drug to have them call and they would transfer. SO I had to go back to my mom's house, called a CVS and they said are they had that drug. Gave them Medicap number and they said they would call them right away. Get to CVS 3 hours later and they still had not received the transfer. CVS called again and finally got it. Moral of the story - don't use Medicap

When we started using the Urbandale MediCap Pharmacy. Immediately we noticed a huge difference in the more personalized service from the staff at MediCap. They have all of the same medications, personal healthcare items, and immunizations that one would find elsewhere. Pricing is similar too and they accept all the same insurance payments. But what they have that others places don't have is great, friendly, and personal experience/service. That's why we will continue to be loyal MediCap customers.
