One of the pharmacists, Sue Horton, is a pleasure to work with. I had a really phenomenal experience with her- very personable, took the time, really felt like we connected and she cared. What made us seek another pharmacy for our needs was the very impersonal service and sometimes unprofessional interactions with the Pharmacist. Always issues with insurance company policies. When we started using the Urbandale MediCap Pharmacy. Immediately we noticed a huge difference in the more personalized service from the staff at MediCap. They have all of the same medications, personal healthcare items, and immunizations that one would find elsewhere. Pricing is similar too and they accept all the same insurance payments. But what they have that others places don't have is great, friendly, and personal experience/service. That's why we will continue to be loyal MediCap customers.
