They told me they ran out of paper and the manager here canceled my order. I had waited five days for the order to be completed before I had this information. I decided it would be best after that to use the online services for Walgreens for my photos. Unfortunately, after an additional seven days that order got lost. I had to re-order again. I have not yet received my wedding photos, but I am very disappointed with Walgreens and I will probably use a different photo processing center in the future. I want to be sure to note that they did apologize for their error, but I don't have confidence in them moving forward.

I appreciate the Rewards savings and availability of over the counter generics. You can never go wrong picking any one of these four locations!

What made us seek another pharmacy for our needs was the very impersonal service and sometimes unprofessional interactions with the Pharmacist. Always issues with insurance company policies. When we started using the Urbandale MediCap Pharmacy. Immediately we noticed a huge difference in the more personalized service from the staff at MediCap. They have all of the same medications, personal healthcare items, and immunizations that one would find elsewhere. Pricing is similar too and they accept all the same insurance payments. But what they have that others places don't have is great, friendly, and personal experience/service. That's why we will continue to be loyal MediCap customers. I would NEVER recommend someone go here unless they have literally no other option within a 2-hour radius; you will get your medication quicker driving to Nebraska than you will driving 2 miles to this location. Whoever the manager of this Walgreens is, PLEASE FIX YOUR PHARMACY STAFF! If this was a onetime thing it wouldn't be a big deal, but this is every single time, for years! My mother & I ended up switching pharmacies due to the number of issues we've had here, and my husband is planning on it now as well. It's unfortunate. Only for them to tell me it is their "policy" that they do not accept items from another location when the back of the receipt says other wise. So after about 3 hours I finally start looking around to see if I have any notification and I see I got an email saying they are out of stock and that's it. 1. A text would be a lot more noticeable and 2. not giving an ETA or mentioning another Walgreen's local pharmacy that has it, is unreasonable and terrible customer service. So I wait and get no other notification even by the next morning, so I actually go to the pharmacy the next day. They take their time on even figuring out what I want considering there was one other customer there and tell me well you can go to another store in 30 minutes. So I go to the other store and they take 10 minutes and they weren't busy. at least to get to me and then they tell me I have to fill out some Paxlovid form I have never heard of. At this point I say I'm not doing that, because I don't trust them to even give me safe medicine.
