They told me they ran out of paper and the manager here canceled my order. I had waited five days for the order to be completed before I had this information. I decided it would be best after that to use the online services for Walgreens for my photos. Unfortunately, after an additional seven days that order got lost. I had to re-order again. I have not yet received my wedding photos, but I am very disappointed with Walgreens and I will probably use a different photo processing center in the future. I want to be sure to note that they did apologize for their error, but I don't have confidence in them moving forward.

A text would be a lot more noticeable and 2. not giving an ETA or mentioning another Walgreen's local pharmacy that has it, is unreasonable and terrible customer service. So I wait and get no other notification even by the next morning, so I actually go to the pharmacy the next day. They take their time on even figuring out what I want considering there was one other customer there and tell me well you can go to another store in 30 minutes. So I go to the other store and they take 10 minutes and they weren't busy. at least to get to me and then they tell me I have to fill out some Paxlovid form I have never heard of. At this point I say I'm not doing that, because I don't trust them to even give me safe medicine.

Never received any text advising they were reopened but I went there straight from work today and they CLOSED AT 6PM! Tried calling another Walgreens to see if they could fill it and no luck there. I advised that I was leaving at 4:30 AM tomorrow on a trip and was told I could call my Dr's office and have them call the prescription into their location. It is 6:15 at night, the Dr's office closed at 4!!! Horrible customer service and I refuse to deal with this crap any longer. Been a loyal customer for 30+ years but no more. I am moving every single prescription I have out of their reach so hopefully I won't ever have to deal with them again!

She is very professional and knows the store inside and out. If I cannot find something she'll be happy to help and takes me to the product that I need. The only down side of the place is they just changed store hours so they're not open 24 hours anymore. So if I need to go out to get medicine in the middle of the night so my daughter will feel better, I have to go somewhere else. All in all Walgreens on east Euclid is a great choice to pick up what you need. I recommend it!

Their daughter had driven them to Ankeny. I picked them up from there, drive them to their hotel on the South side, and we were hanging out a little the evening before their flight. Both use CPAPs and had forgotten to grab distilled water. I ran them for their hotel over to this Walgreens to get what they needed along with a few snacks and stuff. It's probably a little older location and could use some TLC in areas, but they have a great selection of items and service was fine.

By late afternoon, I had not received the expected text to pick up my prescription. I called and was told there was no prescription in the system. I called my Dr's office thinking it was a problem on their end, but it was the end of the work day and someone had to investigate it. I was contacted early the next morning by my Dr's office saying they had re-sent the script (and verified the pharmacy and location). This was around 7 AM. By nine, there was still no prescription for me in Walgreen's automated system. So I called and finally talked to a pharmacist. She was quite rude, informing me that there were 37 prescriptions in her in box and she would not look to see if mine was among them. An hour later, when Walgreen's still did not have my prescription in their automated system, I called the Dr's office and requested they send the script to a different pharmacy. I got my prescription with no issues from Medicap. I will not be using the Walgreens on Fleur for any prescriptions going forward.

This is a HUGE problem because the sign to my home are written in English and if I can't verbally communicate to him in English, then what's the next alternative? Now I'm hesitating on whether to order again from Walmart because online will not allow me to go to the store to pick it up and instead it will be locally delivered. Please do better Walmart. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.

I also had $300 in gift cards, the deciding factor. Washer arrived locally in 4 days, but Sams' delivery service, RXO, couldn't schedule delivery until Feb 27th. 28 days after purchas. Unsat for an appliance delivery. They also couldn't provide a time frame until later. That later turned out to be the night before. I'm retired but someone working is being asked to take an entire day of vacation, PTO, loss of pay, or sick leave for a delivery that they didn't confirm until the night before delivery. I dropped off three disposable cameras to be developed. 2/3 were developed and returned in a timely fashion. The third was MIA. For TWO WEEKS I've been hammering this local store and corporate for answers as to where this camera is and absolutely NO ONE was willing to help or provide any insight. I was sent on a wild goose chase with phone number after phone number of people to contact to get answers, all of which continued to say 'I can't help you with this', 'this isn't our problem' and many other excuses alike. FINALLY, the Inventory Manager, Mary, stepped up to the plate and took the initiative and accountability to contact the third party vendor whom they use to develop film (contrary to what I'd been told the past two weeks, that no one is able to contact this vendor). Mary was the first person to finally own up to the fact that this camera, full of memories I will now NEVER SEE, has been lost somewhere between Walgreens and their developing vendor. While I appreciate that Mary took the initiative to seek out an answer, I'm sorely disappointed that it took two weeks of pestering to get anyone to move the needle. I'm not sure how any of the staff at this local Walgreens or corporate is able to maintain their job with the lack of work ethic, lack of problem solving skills and lack of simple customer service/support. I know I'd lose my job in a heartbeat if my answer to a customers question/problem was 'dunno' or 'not my problem'.
