I would never shop here again, best advice is if you shop here don't buy online, your money could be lost. Order was canceled on July 19, 2021, still no refund as of Aug 10, 2021. Along with my bill, I received someone else's bill as well; which included personal information. 2. Requested to speak to Optical/Billing Manager several times and they were always "at lunch" or "has the day off" or "at a different location"; and they will need to get back to me. These are only two of the multiple instances that have occurred within the last year. VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service management, I do not recommend the optical department.

They didn't really have any open appointments for new customers for a few weeks, but they made room to get me in the next day to check me out. The visit itself was quite good. Very efficient. Pleasant staff. Getting my eyes examined was surprisingly easy. Picking out glasses was a good experience. The staff is super helpful and make things easy. I'm super impressed with this vision center and would encourage anyone to go there. I'm glad I went there and glad my family members go there too. I'm just disappointed it took me this long to actually get my eyes checked.
