After a few days of dealing with it, and concerned it might be something really serious I called Elite Eye Care to try and get an appointment. They didn't really have any open appointments for new customers for a few weeks, but they made room to get me in the next day to check me out. The visit itself was quite good. Very efficient. Pleasant staff. Getting my eyes examined was surprisingly easy. Picking out glasses was a good experience. The staff is super helpful and make things easy. I'm super impressed with this vision center and would encourage anyone to go there. I'm glad I went there and glad my family members go there too. I'm just disappointed it took me this long to actually get my eyes checked.

Along with my bill, I received someone else's bill as well; which included personal information. 2. Requested to speak to Optical/Billing Manager several times and they were always "at lunch" or "has the day off" or "at a different location"; and they will need to get back to me. These are only two of the multiple instances that have occurred within the last year. VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service management, I do not recommend the optical department.

There was a time about two years ago when I had an eye ulcer and thought my eye might fall out of my face. Dr. Blake answered my emergency call during the wee hours of the morning and worked to get me in ASAP. I will never forget that. She cares about her patients and it shows. I appreciate the other staff members that work here. Beth was my favorite but she retired :) I have noticed the options for stylish glasses are limited and I realize "style" is a relative term. I like big glasses and glasses made out of wood material. I was told they just ordered a bunch of bigger framed glasses and they are also carrying Lifted sunglasses made out of wood for $75. With my last frames, they worked with me by ordering in some samples found online and not in the store for me to try. I am informed that I need to have another exam in that it was not approved by the veterans affairs. Veterans don't brother going to this business for exams.
