The moment I walked into EyeQ it felt warm and inviting. Dr. Eggers took me back to the exam room right away and got started. I explained my frustrations with my contacts and she gave me a thorough explanation of what adjustments would or wouldn't do to my vision. She took her time and not only gave me one pair of contacts to try, but three different kinds of contacts as they each did something a little different. I didn't feel like that was a burden to the office to allow me to take home and try three pairs, nor did I feel as if they were trying to push a certain brand. Dr. Eggers genuinely wants me to find the right pair for me and my needs. I also needed my glasses adjusted as the other office literally just handed them to me and asked if they fit ok. Dawn took great care of me, and adjusted my glasses so now I can actually see properly out of them. Dr. Eggers and Dawn treated me like family and were extremely kind. Jake stayed after close helping us get measurements (even though he knew we were not buying anything that night) and then went out of his way to make sure I had a quote that night so I could decide on what I wanted. He was very accommodating and even put up with my back and forth on a couple items. He made sure it was delivered quickly so my office was up and running and then met me Saturday (they're closed Saturdays) when I decided I wanted an office chair.
