We were showing a neighbor the chair lift and we could not get the foot rest down! Then it happened to my wife a few times and then it happened to me. Once it stopped midway when my wife. She pressed the back and then forward and it started again. I called. The crew was out of town but they called the next day. It would take them two hours to get back to town. They stopped by at about 1715 hours and of course the chait lift functioned perfectly. But this crew doesn't quit easily. They took every access cover off and checked every electrical contact. They tan it up and down the stairs, operated the foot rest up and down a couple of dozen times. Nothing. But they didn't quit. They replaced the foot rest and I think they replaced the travel switch. And emphatically stated that if anything happened to call again. Nothing has wrong has happened. The crew was great. They worked carefully. No swearing or foul language. They talked, laughed and where happy. This showed me that they were well motivated and enjoyed the job. It was evident in their workmanship. We picked Arrow because they had a show room that we rode five different models. The others wouldn't phone us back or send us information. I'm still glad we went with Arrow. You will be too.

We had rented from them several times and were heading into a busy year. He asked how many more times we figured we were going to rent from him, and recommended we buy a used scooter. This has probably saved us several 100 so far. We bought a hitch rack to take it around on, they put it on for us. I was looking for a rollator, but every one I saw was too narrow (I'm a big guy). Before we were through asking, he walked into the next room and brought over one. It's in our car now. It fits me perfectly. Their prices are reasonable, they are wonderful. Give them your business.

Would highly recommend.

They got me in the same week -- already a win. After the first service, we started noticing some preexisting issues that showed up once things were moving better. I brought it back in, and this is where I was really impressed. During that second repair visit, John (the owner) sat down with me personally. He took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on with my equipment, what it meant, and how to take care of it going forward. He didn't rush it, and he didn't talk over my head -- just honest, clear help. If you depend on mobility gear like I do, that kind of service really matters. This isn't just about keeping a chair or lift working -- it's about staying safe and independent. John gets that. They're a small business, and I want them to succeed -- because this is the kind of place you want around when you need real help. If you use Pride, Bruno, or anything similar, I'd absolutely recommend them.

It cost us $172.00 just to tell us that they couldn't fix it. We called another mobility place that took 10 minutes in total to tell us what needed to be fix in our situation, and have me back on the road with no issues. Mobility Works tried to tell me that I would have to buy another lift that would cost around $5000. I would not recommend them to any of my friends or family because they just rip you off. I brought this to their attention all they could say that the part was probably not in stock. If that was the case why wouldn't tell me that then. Instead of telling me that it couldn't be fixed.
