When I bring my purchase to the counter it would be good to have a greeting, a smile and a thank you at the conclusion of the transaction. There have been a few cashiers that have had good customer relations and they have consistently told me they are leaving due to poor management. The store is often in need of attention in terms of cleanliness of the floors and the check out counter. While I understand that during the school year and school hours the store may get busy, that does not excuse the overall attitude and appearance of the store. One time when I stopped in I had a conversation with the person on duty. This was a few weeks ago during an "overhaul" of staff. She identified herself as a supervisor. A comment she made was "I am a supervisor and I have to learn all this stuff". What?? How can a supervisor supervise when they don't know the job of the employees? Got n Go... do better!

If you're into tobacco or alcohol, this place has a huge selection of both as well. The guy who seems to always be at the counter is very nice, polite and good with customers. I've seen him handle crazies, drunks, complainers and more with relative ease. You can get a 32 ounce fountain drink for 79 cents or ANY fountain drink for 99 cents! They're also right by Taco Bell, so if you planned right you could get a cheap drink here for which they'd charge you three times the amount next door, then go there and get your taco fix. The CONs: The smell here is something else. It harkens back to days of heavy indoor smoking. Then there are the previously mentioned crazies, drunks and more. Maybe it's the location, maybe it's the huge alcohol selection, maybe it's the 79 cent drinks, maybe it's the smell of tacos next door...but this place has a constant flow of colorful people in various states of mind. I've seen people standing out front singing to themselves while they pinball around the solid items, people about to throw down inside, people talking to their invisible friends in paper bags... But as you can see, most of the CONs are the clientele and not the fault of the store. Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to get the good stuff here but block out the bad. You need a heart of steel and a determined "I see nothing" look about your face. But it's worth it when you come out triumphant.
