They wanted $29 to ship a $48 order which conveniently more than made up for any "savings" that I got during their Sale. Even with the adult signature fee, 60% of the original ticket seems excessive. When contacted the guy was completely dismissive. The policy seemed sketchy because it is. My mistake. There are plenty of other shops online that are honest and upfront about all costs. Not a very mellow experience... plus the website is wonky and they spam you with emails.

Please don't listen to some of the unnecessarily bad reviews about this place. I was in Des Moines…read morefor work and wanted to get high on my downtime and found these guys. It was absolutely worth it. Product, friendliness and price were all 10/10. As someone who smokes weed almost everyday and has a high tolerance, I didn't buy any flower to smoke since I was staying in a hotel. But the caramel edibles I got absolutely destroyed me. I can't comment on the quality of their weed (though I'm sure it's great). But the edibles here will not disappoint

This was in front of all the customers, and people noticed. When I walked out my friends who were with me asked if I was okay. I said "Why do you ask" and they told me they overheard the employee mocking me. I was humiliated, and that is why I am leaving this review. On principle alone, I would not recommend this place.

Only complaint is I was smoking a $25 stick and was told "time to go" they close at 8:00p.m. ???? Really??!! I have been in quite a few times, and I must say they do a good job. I haven't seem them look down on anyone using an older or less powerful device, even though I don't think Cloud-E carries many of them. Their juice selection is much smaller than some, but it's VERY well thought out. Same with their devices/tanks/drippers. Not a huge selection, but some that are very affordable (while still being quality) and some that are definitely higher end (but worth it). They have a very nice lounge area setup, and are one of my top 3 in Des Moines for friendly employees. I would give them 5 stars, but sadly their parking kind of sucks. I know that isn't the shops fault necessarily, but still. This shop seems to support/sponsor a lot of vape comps, so if you hear they are having one, it will be PACKED, fair warning.
