Fantastic little lounge in Iowa! Great price on cigars. Large humidor and very comfortable seating with plenty of TVs to watch. Only complaint is I was smoking a $25 stick and was told "time to go" they close at 8:00p.m. ???? Really??!! I travel all of North America and I've never seen a lounge that even if they close, run off customers, I spent over $150.00, at least let me finish my cigar!! Won't be back other than to maybe buy cigars. read more

It's a great place for a fine cigar. They have a walk-in humidor with a fine selection of cigars. You can sit and have a smoke. They also have pipes and all the supplies you need for your cigar or pipe smoking needs. read more

This lounge is a great place to buy cigars, pipes or hookah related products. The lounge is good sized with some comfortable chairs, tables with chairs. They also have a BYOB policy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The community aspect of this place is great. Several regulars coming in, and they have a monthly tobacco pipe club. I have enjoyed coming here on multiple occasions. If you're looking for cigars, pipes, pipe tobacco, or hookah related things, this place is highly recommended! read more

Large selection of cigars - domestic and international, reasonable prices, non-pretentious, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. David's is excellent. They have a good selection of reasonably priced quality new briar and meerschaum pipes, as well as excellent estate pipes. They have a good selection of tinned pipe tobacco, as well as very nice house blends. There's also a good humidor of cigars, and other smoking supplies available. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable when offering advice. One of the better smoking shops in Central Iowa. read more

I've visited Dave's a few times and I really like the lounge. It's clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly, helpful and will assist you in what you may need. The one thing that is missing from Dave's is Drew Estate Tabak Especial Dulce. Robusto or Toro would be nice Dave! :) If you are looking for a nice lounge that does not have beat up and torn furniture and a good selection of premium cigars, you cannot go wrong visiting Dave's Fine Tobaccos. read more

My first favorite place to lounge with buddies and smoke good, well-priced cigars as I watch golf. They've got comfortable furniture and a clean environment. All of the employees know me by name and seem to make it priority to ensure that their patrons are taken care of. They're personable but professional. It's my goto lounge daily and the other place that I go to on the weekends is for the sake of other friends I hang with but David's Fine Tobaccos has the best prices and a pretty good selection of cigars so it's #1 on my list. read more

I've been in Dave's on many occasions and they have a fine selection of cigars to choose from. But as cigar smokers will know, you like what you like. So when a customer comes in and asks you to order a certain cigar, why would you tell them no? Don't you want to provide your customers with a product that they WANT to buy from you? I guess I will try the cigar shop on 22nd St and see if they will get what I'm willing to buy. read more
