A couple scrapes into the cleaning, and I told her to stop, it felt like she was causing damage to my teeth. I left Dental Professionals and drive to my previous dentist (I changed due to job location change) I asked them to check that there had been no damage. Thankfully there was no damage to the teeth. However, they went ahead and did the cleaning for me. There was no pain, no extreme prying at my teeth, and no rudeness.

The receptionist informed me that none of the dentists in this office were accepting new patients and have not been accepting new patients for over three years. I advised her their website indicated they were accepting new patients, and she told me they have made requests to their technology person who has not updated the website. I have reached out to my dental insurance network to let them know what has happened and for their provider referral system to be updated. Makes me wonder what they have done with my personal information provided on their e-forms which I was misled were to establish a doctor/patient relationship.
