The shelves are typically bare or completely destroyed. They wait times in the pharmacy and front counter are super long. I come in to get my prescription and i walk to the back towards the pharmacy and the doors are down and the lights are off. I go to check the sign and it states that for some reason only today due to staff shortage that they will only be open from 1-6. You call walgreens they state theyre open regular hours. You check online regular hours. Not only due are they only open 6 hours but theyre going to still have their "lunch" at 130. So your going to open/at work for 30 minutes and then close then just close the doors again. They have signage up front that is hardly viewable to customers almost like its hidden. The only reason i even come here is for my prescriptions but if another pharmacy opened up id gladly take my business over there. No good things to say about this locations. It would be fine if this was the only problem thats occurred here but it hasnt. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere i would recommend it.

The…read morebiggest issue I have, is that the upfront manager, and the cashiers, have to be body guards, cops, AND "parents", as well as the jobs that they were hired to do. It is INFURIATING to see the way they are treated, by the little snots that go to the school across the street. If you are a parent, and your kid goes to that school, for the ones that HAVE taught their kids etiquette, thank you. The staff around Park Fair Mall, and the other shoppers, we thank you. For the ones that haven't, shame on you. The higher ups in the Walgreens corporate ladder, REALLY need to think of the wages you are paying these employees, then tag on more. They are doing the jobs of 5 people. And they are doing an AWESOME job. There is a time gap, of when school lets out, that the store has a shift, but ANY time, outside of that half hour/hour, they are able to do what they are needing to do. They are ALWAYS professional, ALWAYS helpful, i have NEVER seen them anything but, even when a group of the kids come in, thinking THEY are running the place. Lol, which they aren't. Never received any text advising they were reopened but I went there straight from work today and they CLOSED AT 6PM! Tried calling another Walgreens to see if they could fill it and no luck there. I advised that I was leaving at 4:30 AM tomorrow on a trip and was told I could call my Dr's office and have them call the prescription into their location. It is 6:15 at night, the Dr's office closed at 4!!! Horrible customer service and I refuse to deal with this crap any longer. Been a loyal customer for 30+ years but no more. I am moving every single prescription I have out of their reach so hopefully I won't ever have to deal with them again!

We waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru and then they told me my medicine would not be ready until Monday! I said, "I have two messages saying it's ready and I've been sitting here 45 minutes!" I explained that when I picked it up on January 2, even though it was called in December 30, 2025. They assured me it would apply to January 2026. Went to pick up Februarys and Walgreens wanted $490? Called Insurance and they said Walgreens would not reinvoice that December charge to reflect my pick up on January 2, 2026 and it applied to 2025 as I feared and was assured it wouldn't happen according to my understanding. They do what they say they will do - get names and numbers if you like standing in lines and getting scripts here is my advice. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.
