If you learn anything about this store is when they are going to lunch, no one thought of them shuffling breaks to accommodate us. Not only will you find a long line waiting for pickup of scripts you will also find difficulty communicating. Here's my experience; Dr. Ordered Mounjaro for me, being retired I wanted to pick up on Jan 2, as I did to ensure I paid the first out of pocket $389 on that date. I explained that when I picked it up on January 2, even though it was called in December 30, 2025. They assured me it would apply to January 2026. Went to pick up Februarys and Walgreens wanted $490? Called Insurance and they said Walgreens would not reinvoice that December charge to reflect my pick up on January 2, 2026 and it applied to 2025 as I feared and was assured it wouldn't happen according to my understanding. They do what they say they will do - get names and numbers if you like standing in lines and getting scripts here is my advice. I used to be willing to give a 5 star but anymore it makes a long time to get my prescriptions filled and the wait at the window is horrible. There are lines of care in both lines so hard to find a time to actually go where your not waiting over half an hour read more

While the staff is very nice, how many times can the filling of your prescription be running behind. No matter how long in advance you order it. One shouldn't have to keep readjusting their schedule to accommodate them. read more

I am very sorry about the product that I recieved. It was expired. I didn't check before I got home. Also, I bought some hair ties and they all broke when I put them in my hair. I am not really sure about Walgreens anymore? read more

It was a very positive initial experience for me, as the combination of their efficient service and 24-hour availability made it easy to visit overall. The service at this Walgreens is so terrible that I cannot believe it. Literally been to this store every day this week for prescriptions because they "didn't have them but would be in the next day" !! I finally left the drive up after 3/4 hr wait and went inside and spoke to the pharmacist. What happened to this pharmacy? If I could give it a negative rating I would. read more

Walgreens is fine. It's their drive through for prescriptions. It couldn't be any slower if they tried. Just went at 4:00 in the afternoon on a weekday to get a prescription. Was only two cars ahead of me. Waiting almost 30 minutes still not done. Left in disgust. This wasn't the first time. Will transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

This store has progressively gotten worse - the pharmacy used to be 24/7, reliable, timely and organized. It's now hit and miss- the drive up closes for lunch, and now closes at 10 during the week and 6 on weekends. Half the time the drive through is blocked off for pick up. This location has always been very good for me. I don't live far away so it's convenient and always clean. I mainly deal with the pharmaceutical staff and almost all my experiences with them have been positive. The lines can be long but they move relatively quickly. I'd give negative stars if I could. We called at 10am because our neighborhood Walgreens has no staff, asked to fill two inhaler prescriptions. Having trouble breathing, come all the way to this Walgreens to have them tell us to wait another 15 minutes. After 30 we go up and they say they don't have the inhaler. So we've wasted half of the morning, been misled and the staff acted as if it was somehow our fault that they lied. Worst pharmacy experience in life and we've been to our fair share. read more

I live in 2 blocks away from this Walgreen. I have been here hundreds of times. I haven't had any bad to say about this place. Came in for a passport photo tonight. This lady looked at me like I was asking for donations. I paid 13 dollars for a 4 by 6 photo. Be nice to me. If u r having a bad day, stay home. No one forces u to be here. read more

Much better experience than last! Store was much more organized and cleaner!! Items were easy to find and well laid out!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful! This location has a small lot and is set a little back from the other stores so it can be easy to miss on the way by. But overall good location. Friendly staff. And nice store. read more

they gave me the wrong prescription which has to be all kinds of illegal. acted as though they had no idea what they were doing. super frustrating when they can't find your script, find it, say it'll be 15 minutes and then 30 minutes later it's still not done! would not recommend read more

When it's necessary to make an unexpected trip for medicine in the middle of the night, it's nice knowing this Walgreens is open 24/7.

I am a fan of these stores much more so than their local competitor. They have moved things arounds so finding things was an adventure but the prices are very fair and they have a pretty decent variety of items available. Staff are usually friendly and pretty quick. There is a private lot that is spacious. There is a drive thru pharmacy pick up/drop off available. I will return and recommend that you do the same. read more

Pharmacy is a joke. They are incredibly slow on drive thru, don't call providers and cross paths on information. Extremely disappointed with their service in pharmacy. Clean, well maintained store. Well stocked with a good variety of products. Plenty of parking and parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Called in to check for some OTC drug interactions. The lady on the phone was very nice and looked them up for me in the Walgreen's database.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. Went into the store to by a few bottles of wine. The shelf tag said that it was on sale for $6.99 but it rang up for $8.99. Had I not caught the fact the price was wrong, I would have had to over pay. The lady at the register said I needed to get their silly savings card yet another card to put into my wallet. The cashier was very rude and the system walgreens has in place for their sales is ridiculous. I will not go back. read more

I always get my birth control refilled here. I called ahead two days ahead of my doctor's appointment to refill it. The guy asked if i wanted it today or tomorrow? I said tomorrow would be fine. The next day, i didnt get any messages from walgreens that my prescription was ready so i called to check on it. The guy said the insurance wouldnt let me refill it for another month. He didnt even bother to call me to tell me. Anytime i have insurance the pharmacist usually calls to let me know. Not this guy. He was just going to let me wonder until next month what happened! He even told me to call my provider. Isnt that his job? I called my provider and they said they paid the claim and i should be able to get my birth control. So now i have to call the pharmacy so the pharmacy can call them to validate the conversation i just had! Why didnt the pharmacy just call the provider in the first place?! This was ridiculous that a pharmacist would not bother telling a patient that there was an insurance issue or that there was not going to be a refill. Luckily i called in and did the job myself. Staff was friendly but do not go here for a passport photo. They photoshop your picture and you look like you have the zika virus! Plus they charge $15. After 4 pictures and different Walgreen's I went to Christian Photo and they didn't photo shop and were only $10. read more

Just went to this location 12 am, to buy some medicine and some lady has over 30 bottles of the medicine with that she cleaned the self off of the medicine I needed. I complaint to the big white women, the skinny black male manager and the big black lady that was working at 12 am today. The big black lady said if I didn't like that the manager was allowing the lady buying up all the medicine that she was going to call the cops on me and I said forget it. She tried to egg me on while I was walking out the store calling me a bunch of racial words against whites. I didn't at all swear or use racial words like she was to me. read more
