I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Walgreens. I kept receiving email…read morenotifications that my photo order was ready, so I went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, I gave the employee my last name and even spelled it out for her, but she still couldn't find my order. She checked a couple of boxes, and when I tried to politely help by helping her find it in a box where it should have been when she placed the box on the counter, she snapped at me in a harsh tone and told me I "can't do that." There was no reason for her to speak to me that way. On top of that, this isn't the first issue I've had with their photo department. A previous time when I picked up an order, they handed me photos that weren't even mine -- they belonged to someone else. That's a serious privacy mistake and shows a lack of organization and care.

This Walgreens is pretty much like every other Walgreens I have been in to. There is a good…read moreselection and variety of products. You can purchase everything from seasonal decorations, beauty products, medications, grocery items, batteries and small electronics, to pharmaceutical items. There is a lot of stuff packed into this store. The store is clean and well maintained. They have their own parking lot with plenty of spaces. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, this store provides everything you would expect from the Walgreens brand.

Here's my experience; Dr. Ordered Mounjaro for me, being retired I wanted to pick up on Jan 2, as I did to ensure I paid the first out of pocket $389 on that date. I explained that when I picked it up on January 2, even though it was called in December 30, 2025. They assured me it would apply to January 2026. Went to pick up Februarys and Walgreens wanted $490? Called Insurance and they said Walgreens would not reinvoice that December charge to reflect my pick up on January 2, 2026 and it applied to 2025 as I feared and was assured it wouldn't happen according to my understanding. They do what they say they will do - get names and numbers if you like standing in lines and getting scripts here is my advice. This is my last resort for scripts, I'm now seeking a new pharmacy and will avoid this store going forward. Goodbye - Walgreens . . . .
