I was kind of irritated by their COVID procedures. The sign said 6 people at a time but they weren't letting us in even though their were only 2 or 3 people inside. I'm not sure if that meant including employees, but it wasn't clear at all. I don't mind waiting, but the employee at the door was more concerned with helping the people behind us than letting us in when there was room for us. I love that lush is so sustainable and natural, and I extremely appreciate their promoting saving the environment. Although sustainable products such as lush can get pricey. I would love to buy all my soap from them, but it would break the bank. They also only had one scent of bath bomb. That seemed super odd because I thought they were known for their fun displays of bath bombs. I was kind of disappointed. My favorite scent is their sleepy lavender. Highly recommend! read more

Get to Lush. Save up some money and bring about $70 because it's going to be pricey. My favorite part of this store is the social consciousness. Not only do they refuse to test on animals, they've minimized their environmental impact by losing all the packaging you see at other stores. My holy grail product is Ocean Salt. If you don't buy anything else, you need this in your life. It doesn't take a lot of product to soften your skin. I use it most on my feet and hands, but it's safe for use on your legs before shaving or your arms and elbows too. You cannon beat their bath bombs. If you're going to have an at home spa, spend the like $7 or so and get a bath bomb. They smell good; they will make your bath look uber fancy. They have really fun gift sets as well; I can't imagine anyone would be mad to receive something from here. Don't forget to try out their shampoos, too. I like good smells and soft hands as much as anyone, but I don't ever really shop for these things! My wife wanted to check this place out and get a sample of some lotion! She digs non smelly natural stuff, so one of the Lush employees hopped right over to answer her questions! He was very knowledgeable and nice, but maybe a bit over bearing when it came to her just looking around.. But like I said he was very nice! She and I got to sample some lotion and it was great, felt good, and was not to greasy. I thought I was be nice and offer to buy some for her but then I looked at the price of 27 bucks for a little bottle and waited to see if she really wanted it before I grabbed for my wallet and had to get an extra job because I bought her a thing of lotion. It's probably amazing stuff and you totally probably get what you pay for, but I'm kinda glad she opted for just trying out a sample, maybe next year for Christmas I can get her a bottle instead of that trip to Europe she has been wanting! read more

Cosmetics you can feel good about! Most are all-natural and/or vegan. Everything has a tester and the staff will demonstrate any of the body products on your arm (mini massage anyone? Yes, please)! Bath bombs/bubble bars are under a $10, and most everything else in the store is under $25. Some items are a little high (face wash for $25), but they do last a very long time and are extremely well-made products. I was very impressed with the staff; polite, knowledgeable, but not pushy. I was also dressed like a complete shlubb, and they treated me with respect. I mention this because, quite often, Jordan Creek employees can be a bit snobby and try to size you up when you walk in the door. This was not the case at LUSH. i have been here 2 times and both times the people were just amazing. great at explaining things, super nice people with kind hearts, and ACTUALLY care about what you want and why. they will help you with anything while having a good attitude!!! i recomend to everyone, so so so great. It was very busy when I went and very hard to get around the store. No employee asked if I needed help, and I saw several workers who weren't busy. The bath bombs are pretty expensive. I prefer the Lush in Omaha. read more

I love their products but the store is just too small especially when they're really busy. I can barely get to the products I want to look at and smell because people are always crowded around each other. And then when I want to see products where the line is, you better forget about it.
