I'm not sure if that meant including employees, but it wasn't clear at all. I don't mind waiting, but the employee at the door was more concerned with helping the people behind us than letting us in when there was room for us. I love that lush is so sustainable and natural, and I extremely appreciate their promoting saving the environment. Although sustainable products such as lush can get pricey. I would love to buy all my soap from them, but it would break the bank. They also only had one scent of bath bomb. That seemed super odd because I thought they were known for their fun displays of bath bombs. I was kind of disappointed. My favorite scent is their sleepy lavender. Highly recommend!

it's pretty hit or miss. some days they do the acrylic nails way too thick, some days I come out…read morefeeling like I'm never going to another salon ever again because some of the workers do great! I come here most of the time because it overall is a good environment...with my experience I think maybe it just an off day. the first time I got my toes done a few months ago, a lady made me bleed cause she said the piece of the nail had to come out. I dont think she "doctored" that correctly because it came back and grew back under my skin and made me uncomfortable. I also didn't end up liking my French tip I got on my toes. blood got into the white and she didn't notice. I think she just wanted to be done with me. It took 4 months for my toe to stop being uncomfortable and it was something I had to fix myself. I will go back to try again because I like the environment ! just with a different worker (: 8/10 times you will leave there satisfied

It was a day when kids had off from school so there were a lot of moms and daughters shopping. It kind of surprised me because the few categories of items I was looking for seemed to be higher end. But I have heard that sephora had an appeal to the younger crowd, I guess I didn't realize how young. The bright lights and layout had me a bit overwhelmed so I left. Not sure what I will use my gift card on, but will opt for shopping on the website or likely regift it. The store just did make me excited about buying anything.

Rona was also my stylist. I have very thick, long hair with a decent amount of frizz. Rona was very open about every step of the treatment, and also very thorough on after care. It was definitely a long and pricey process, but it was well worth it! Rona did a wonderful job and I am absolutely in love with my hair for the first time in years. The location is conveniently off of I80 near Living History Farms and Machine Shed. Parking lot is easy to get to. May not be easy during traffic hours. The entry in can be blocked if driving during traffic hour. Inside: I love the look and size of the studio. The privacy was a huge selling point for me. I was able to have an intimate time with my stylist with no other gossip or banter from other people. The washing station is a communal area. Which I was able to meet other women and stylists for a short time. The processing area is around the corner of the washing station and if other stylists don't have their doors closed you can easily eavesdrop in their conversations. My stylist did a great job! I'm in the process of getting my black hair lightened so I will be seeing her more than once. I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend this type of salon if you like privacy and intimate conversation.
