Upon arrival New Year's Eve I was handed 5 small ~1# lobsters. Asked Burt why he didn't steam the large 3#+ lobsters that were still in their tank was told they were all reserved and steamed what he had available. This was totally unacceptable, unprofessional and irresponsible service.

The shopping experience is irritating. The doors closest to the lot where I park have been closed to the public. Random bag checks at self-checkout are sometimes performed (as today) by associates who don't even know how to use a scanner. The aisle leading to self-checkout has been partially blocked by cardboard dumps in a clumsy attempt at traffic control. I get it--our festering society has normalized theft to the point that a store is vulnerable. But maybe consider customer loss-control? You're driving away the 90 per cent of us who are honest in an attempt to stop the ten per cent who aren't. And we do have other options.

They recently stopped delivery, and now they don't even fill prescriptions anymore. Without letting me know, they sent my prescriptions to another random pharmacy. I called them a few two days after my prescription was sent by my prescriber, and just called today to make sure it was ready to pick up, and that is when they told me about not filling prescriptions anymore. They could have at least called me. When I called the pharmacy they sent prescriptions to, I was given a hard sell to keep my business with them. I kept telling them to send it to another pharmacy, but he kept insisting I stay with them. Nope, I choose my own pharmacy. I'm not sure what to say about a pharmacy, but we've been using this one for quite a while. Unlike…read moresome of the big chain pharmacies, we've never had a mistake or problem. If anything, they go above and beyond the call here on occasion. For example, they usually remember us. Not just, "Oh, here's your records" stuff, but walk in the door and (if it's the main pharmacists) they'll know what we're there for. That's something you don't get at your other places! Then there's the above-and-beyond you occasionally get. As a small pharmacy they're usually stocked, but occasionally might not have something. They'll gladly recommend some place that does (looking it up for you), or even on occasion they'll drive to the other pharmacy themselves, pick it up, and have it back at their location for you. Not to mention, they'll often have that done by the end of the day! So, if you're looking for a local pharmacy with great customer service, then I can't recommend them enough.

Not sure if this location had supply issues or if it has just declined from all those good reviews, but it wasn't all that great here. After the frustration of going up and down the aisles, I made my way to the registers. I used the self checkout registers and after some difficulty with the scanner I was good to go. The scanner would not read my phone to scan the rewards program in. With my items paid for, I went out the door to continue the day.
