TELL ME WHY IN 2026, THE JERK MARINADE EXPIRED IN 2024. Luckily I had not prepared the meal further and following day took my item back to customer service. The customer service cashier Kate, was able to not only refund me the money, but gave me additional Giant gas points and a store credit to use for later. When I got there I found that all the lemons were rotten and leaking, so I decided to just grab some garlic so I didn't waste my points and to get the rest of my items elsewhere( some of the fridges had funny smells so I don't get my meat from this location). When checking out my discount didn't come up, I asked for help from the male worker but he couldn't figure out what the problem was. Then he asked his manager, the store manager Sharon. Sharon was off-putting from the first hello. As I'm explaining, she's rolling her eyes and telling me my discount should show with the clipped deals. I explained again (as she rolled her eyes) and I let her know I did not feel like she was understanding me because she was interrupting and rude. After a lot of back and forth she says "it's fine, just give it to her." Why would she make me do all that back and forth if she had the ability to fix the issue immediately. I asked her and she said I was being rude, she said sometimes it occurs with pharmacy? ( I was confused, who said anything about a pharmacy) I told her she is very rude and I would be emailing corporate. I am also going to reach out to the health department. Also, she wasn't concerned when I told her the fruit was rotting, she continued to walk past it while telling me I was rude. My letter to corporate is in the mail. I feel bad for the workers that she is in charge of.

Looking forward to trying the Authentic Lemon Curd, Coconut Cashew Candy Clusters, and the Strawberry Brioche Style Liege Waffles! I've heard great reviews! I was also thrilled to see the 8 gal. lavender purple insulted bag, and not only the regional Maryland state reusable bag, but also the regional Delaware state reusable bag to add to my TJ bag collection! My cashier (W, Jordan per my receipt) was a friendly young man who was helpful in pointing out the 'Diamond State' Delaware reusable bag when I told him I wanted to also purchase a couple of bags with my treats. I like how TJ's offers the reusable bag for adjacent states. Perfect for collectors like myself. I'm grateful to my cashier for taking time to properly bag my new treats. Even better and my personal fav is the wide selection of cake slices that cost $5 per slice which is a bargain given how big each slice is! The Amazon shoppers are such an unpleasant negative presence in the store. They don't actually work…read morethere, as in they aren't customer facing employees and have no customer service demeanor or training. And they aren't customers either. They're a weird 3rd space presence of rude unpleasant bulky obstacles with excessively large carts that linger and block the aisles making it challenging and frustrating to access groceries and move about store. And they act like you are in THEIR way. If modern life wasn't already impersonal enough, they make the grocery shopping experience even more impersonal. They are rude, always have a mean unhappy RBF expression. They have a rushed urgency about them that makes the store feel hectic. It's obvious they don't want to be there. They don't want to talk to you. They're not technically employees that you can ask questions. They park their cart blocking groceries and its not obvious who's huge cart that is to ask them to move. They just bring a negative funk to the whole place. And to top it off most of them are likely not people who would regularly shop at Whole Foods. Amazon has introduced a whole other socioeconomic demographic of non-customers/non-employees present in the store changing the atmosphere overnight. I'd wager there are as many Amazon shoppers as regular customers they are the majority in the store. Its a take over! the store is unwelcoming to regular customers. I am absolutely tired of dodging these mean unhappy non-employee non-customers interfering with my ability to get groceries. Final straw, I'm done with whole foods

I can't honestly say I've ever had a good experience here. This last time, the alarm was going off…read moresomewhere, but nobody knew how to turn it off. And nobody working there seemed to care. Not only unprofessional, but clearly no consideration for the customers. By the produce department, there were pieces of vegetation everywhere (cherries smashed into the floor, etc.). Disgusting. There is always a very strong aroma around the seafood department. Good seafood has no smell. I cannot ever see myself buying from this department. Lastly, my dad nearly slipped and fell by the milk due to a huge puddle. He reported this, but the checkout clerk merely shouted it at a passing colleague, who just shrugged her shoulders. I only stop off here if I absolutely have to. There is a new Giant just down the road that is much nicer. Also, this isn't my normal shopping area, save the liquor store, which makes this a convenient location on rare occasions. Otherwise, I avoid this place entirely.
