After a few visits they learned my name and family members, and have reminded me on occasion to refill my daughter's prescription when I forgot. Customer service is at the level of a third world country! They talked to me like I came to their home, woke them up and annoying them! This store is close to the popular tourist attraction and the one would think they would want to put decent employees there to support the brand"s reputation.
