I don't casually stroll the aisles because it's sterile, with displays lacking in eye appeal. No problem with that since I shop for price at WalMart. For example, I do my own oil changes and the have the very lowest oil prices, beating Amazon and Costco... my wife buys family sized breakfast cereal here for the same reason. Sounds pretty good, right? But they also have, at most 2 human staffed cash registers open. The encourage shoppers to use self checkout and since they never invite to the Christmas party, I refuse to work for them! 4 stars for the good prices for the items I want but one taken away first the inconvenience of long lines with the human (personable, friendly, helpful) cashiers. You make the call!

No exception in Boonton. * The pharmacists bust their tails to help customers, filling prescriptions, measuring quantities, verifying info. It's a never-ending process they go through and they manage it all without taking it out on us. * Store is clean, standard layout so nothing's that hard to find. * The pharmacy keeps my Walgreens card and credit card on record for faster processing. Whenever I need it, I'm in, I'm out. And I understand the wait times can be long at busy times of day. Again, they are trying their HARDEST and they deserve my recognition for that. My only negative complaint is that the store is small and while we were waiting for the booster you had a lot of people walking in looking for covid tests which made me feel really uneasy. It was the week after Christmas and New Hears and I didn't like the fact that they thought they had covid and were so close, especially when cloth masks might not be enough against Omicron. Still, the staff was great and I was happy to have a local option with easy scheduling online.

Obviously I left and would never go back. The man proceeded to harass me by calling my doctor to tell him that I was "banned for life" from CVS. I'm not entirely sure how can be banned for life for not thinking it was acceptable to make fun of elderly customers who needed help with their medicine but it doesn't matter because I will never go back. I understand retail can be stressful but making fun of customers who need help with their prescriptions is about as low as you can go. CVS will never get another dime from me!

When I am scared of side effects or not getting medication on time, the pharmacists have came out and spoken to me with respect and care, making me feel like I can rely on them to help.
