After my mother's heart valve surgery, miscommunication between Walgreens and her doctor's office delayed her prescription for several days. On 10/27/26, Debbie repeatedly put my mother on hold and disconnected the call without answering her questions. I witnessed the entire interaction. When I addressed the situation in person, Debbie placed her hands directly in front of my face, which was completely inappropriate. Another customer waiting in line told us his wife had a negative experience with Debbie the day before. At this point, I have serious questions about whether management is addressing these concerns or simply allowing the same behavior to continue. I will be escalating this complaint to Walgreens corporate at wcrexecresponse@walgreens.com and requesting a formal investigation. Customers should not have to tolerate this treatment, especially when trying to obtain essential medication after major surgery. A corporate brand name means very little if basic customer service and accountability are missing at the store level!
