I needed some quick prints made so i took my i loaded up an SD card and went to have them printed. 4x6 photos come out pretty nice. 5x7 photos are a pain in the ass. I had a few i had printed and the screw ups with the borders and then the picture being off it was a pain. The photo guy came by and he took over the whole thing. i showed him what i wanted and he pritned them 3 times until they were perfect, after the second time i was fine with it but he insisted on a 3rd print to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. All in all its alway as good of an experiance as you can get going to a CVS

I have had issues here where my prescription was shorted, meaning I was not given the full amount of medication prescribed by my doctor, even though the paperwork and the bottle label claimed the full amount was inside. When I brought up the missing pills, the staff insisted that the full prescription had been dispensed. It feels incredibly dishonest, and honestly, it makes me highly suspicious about what is actually happening to the medication that patients aren't receiving. Pharmacies handle critical health needs, and there needs to be absolute trust and accuracy. Shorting patients on their medication--and then trying to claim they gave you the full amount--is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere and reporting this to the state board of pharmacy. If you absolutely have to use this location, count your pills right at the counter. or they report some pills were given back. etc.

The staff goes out of their way to be helpful, and they are always polite. The only issue I would improve on is being open on Sunday.

I have been going to Randolph CVS since they opened. Over the years the pharmacy workers have gotten nastier and nastier. Today I get a script from the doctor he never wrote todays date on it. CVS told me they can't fill it without the date. I said ok and took it back to the doctors office to have him write the date on it. I go back to CVS and I'm told they will have to call the doctor to confirm the script because there was no date the first time. I asked why couldn't they do that the first time and save me a trip back to his office? I got no answer. I wouldn't t have minded any of this except both times the employees had major attitude problems and where in my opinion rude!! We use a mail order for most of our stuff and only go to Randolph CVS if we absolutely have to!!

The pharmacist are so rude, talk down to you, one particular one lies. When you call, they cut you off and put you on hold, a 1/2 hour is not unusual. They don't deserve 1 star. Give your business to private pharmacies.
