I am writing this to warn other patients to double-check their medication before leaving this pharmacy. I have had issues here where my prescription was shorted, meaning I was not given the full amount of medication prescribed by my doctor, even though the paperwork and the bottle label claimed the full amount was inside. When I brought up the missing pills, the staff insisted that the full prescription had been dispensed. It feels incredibly dishonest, and honestly, it makes me highly suspicious about what is actually happening to the medication that patients aren't receiving. Pharmacies handle critical health needs, and there needs to be absolute trust and accuracy. Shorting patients on their medication--and then trying to claim they gave you the full amount--is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere and reporting this to the state board of pharmacy. If you absolutely have to use this location, count your pills right at the counter. or they report some pills were given back. etc. read more

I am amazed with this pharmacy. The cure that they gave me, I can't even tell you. How they made my day. I won't go into too much detail, but I will say this one particular pharmacist his name is Bryan went over and beyond to reduce the price of my medication because of a situation that's going on with me with my insurance. for that, I am grateful. This is a pretty decent Walgreens they are usually well stocked with the items that I need like milk, bread, and essentials. Most convenient when I'm trying to get in and out in a hurry. I like the specialty items that you can only find here like Merci Fine Chocolates and some other one of a kind items. Great for any one stop shopper like myself. The Pharmacy is pretty good although I don't do alot of business at this location. I do like the convenience of paying ahead with a credit card so that you just have to pick up your medicine and be on your way. They also have a drive through pick up window. Service is usually pretty good here and they have a large well lit parking lot. read more

Chain pharmacies suck anyway but this is getting ridiculous. Stay away! This place was just converted from a rite aid. I was hopeful that they would get better with new management but that was wishful thinking on my part. Anytime I come here the wait is 30 minutes and today was no different accept I had a medical emergency and needed one of my medications quickly. Even though I explained this they still took 40 minutes to get me my medications and ignored the priority list I gave them. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. They only ever have 1 cashier and 1 pharmacist on staff at a time. Unfortunately it's a huge area they service since they are the only chain pharmacy in the area. Slow service. Don't even try to get someone on the phone. You'll be holding for at least 15 minutes. Walgreens should be ashamed. Pharmacy hours aren't that great either. read more

A walgreens is a walgreens. They are all the same. I usually drop by here once or twice a week. The store is always clean and freshly stocked. If you need to find something, someone is always there to help. They do have a selection for last minute items such as some foods, school supplies, bath care, make-up etc. To order pictures online, they are quick and easy for pick up. In store their kiosk is slow, so i prefer to do it online. (Or it can be your phone that has too many pictures on it, lol) Sometimes the line for checkout get's long. Either they are under staffed or training. The pharmacy is great. Very friendly and always have their ears open to understand an issue you may have, ( due to health). read more

I personally like the location, staff in general are friendly and stock is good, prices are good. The pharmacy however!!! Wow they really need to get a new manager in there. The current manager walked away from the department to "talk to the store manager" leaving one young girl behind to handle all the customers. The pharmacy manager needs to get her priorities in order while on the job. One should wait for a lull in activity before leaving the department to have a chat. I am never ever using the pharmacy again, but I'll go back for my incidentals. read more

Never waited less than 10 minutes here and the drive thru is even worse. Usually only one pharmacist and one cashier in pharmacy - need to hire more pharmacy staff. The best is when there is a line a mile long and the pharmacist decides to take her lunch break leaving the poor kid at the cash register to deal with irritated customers. read more

The Pharmacy staff was unhelpful and could care less about answering questions on OTC allergy medicine. Poor customer service - Very far apart from being "your neighborhood pharmacy". Many other choices for pharmacies in the area where they treat customers right - no need to ever return to this place. read more

Awful. The wait for prescriptions is always extremely long and the pharmacy always has a wide variety of excuses for why it's never ready. I've waited 45 minutes for a prescription when the store was empty because the pharmacists don't know how to prioritize their work. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. read more
