I completely forgot that they have a shorter working day on Saturday. They called me back, reassuring us that they would stay open and wait for us to pick up my husband's prescription. A very nice young lady that always helps me (I am so sorry, cannot remember her name right now), stayed open and waited for us for about 30 minutes pass their closing time. We called first thing in the morning with an urgent post-op request for a delivery. They said they could handle the issue within an hour. They did. Amazing! Shortly thereafter, they called to follow up, to be sure that everything went well. How refreshing that you can actually call with a request, speak with well educated, attentive people, and then they follow up. This is the way to run a personal service business. No wonder the large pharmacy chains are struggling and closing. We'll be very happy to do business with Seva Pharmacy again. Thank you all very much!!
