I have had issues here where my prescription was shorted, meaning I was not given the full amount of medication prescribed by my doctor, even though the paperwork and the bottle label claimed the full amount was inside. When I brought up the missing pills, the staff insisted that the full prescription had been dispensed. It feels incredibly dishonest, and honestly, it makes me highly suspicious about what is actually happening to the medication that patients aren't receiving. Pharmacies handle critical health needs, and there needs to be absolute trust and accuracy. Shorting patients on their medication--and then trying to claim they gave you the full amount--is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere and reporting this to the state board of pharmacy. If you absolutely have to use this location, count your pills right at the counter. or they report some pills were given back. etc.

We came around and there was 3 cars in front of us, finally got to the window and another tech was there gave her the info and she said oh the other tech is working on it, I asked how much longer and she said she doesn't know and for me to pull up on the side and she will wave me back when ready, after 15min. She called me from the window and told me that they called the insurance company and that my daughter does not have coverage, I told to pls. give my card so I can call my insurance and after I got home I called and they told me no one put a claimed and that I am covered. Hate how people have to lie and have no care about peoples needs they should be a shame of themselves. Never coming back there again.

They were given 2 out of 3, and never bothered to mention they didn't have the third. We didn't notice it until it was time to take them before a surgical procedure and the one we needed was missing. The doctor had to give the medicine intravenously. CVS is not that outta the way. I have also heard good things about Walmart Pharmacy. Edit. Had to add the prior experience where I needed to purchase an over the counter medication I hadn't heard of before. I asked the pharmacy for help on it and they first said where is my prescription, and then said, we don't help with over the counter. Rite-aid used to be so helpful.
