I overheard two employees making fun of an elderly customer who needed assistance with his medication. A quote from the pharmacist? "I wish people could hear how stupid they sound when they ask questions." When I told them I was a customer and could hear them, a male employee began screaming at top volume at me. Obviously I left and would never go back. The man proceeded to harass me by calling my doctor to tell him that I was "banned for life" from CVS. I'm not entirely sure how can be banned for life for not thinking it was acceptable to make fun of elderly customers who needed help with their medicine but it doesn't matter because I will never go back. I understand retail can be stressful but making fun of customers who need help with their prescriptions is about as low as you can go. CVS will never get another dime from me! read more

Terrible service at the CVS located on Troy Hills Road in Parsippany, NJ. The self-checkout machine gets stuck EVERY single time and the rude women at the counter sometimes make you wait for 10-15 min in an empty store while they are nowhere to be seen. ***UPDATED REVIEW*** What a difference a couple years make. :( This used to be my go-to store but due to the horrific customer service up front provided by an older female, I can no longer shop here in good conscience. Everyone deserves a second chance but this most recent visit was the last straw for me. This particular cashier has got to be one of the most unpleasant, rude associates I have ever encountered. I would say more, but I have already reached out to the manager once (*didn't report her by name, just relayed a general complaint as I'm not looking for anyone to lose their job*) and over a year later, this women is still treating customers like garbage. What's the deal here? Never acceptable to treat anyone like that. Times have been tough for so many and almost unbearable for some still. ***I can only pray that whatever this employee is going through that may be causing her meanness gets resolved so that both she and the store can improve.*** I also understand everyone has terrible days, off days, days that just stink, and very painful seasons in life; however, this particular employee has been working here for quite awhile now and it seems she's just getting more hostile by the day.......Geez. read more

We love using this CVS. Like all locations however, there are some employees that are more helpful than others. The drive-thru pharmacy sometimes gets backed up (it's very popular) but on those occasions I just run inside. The store is well organized and clean. Clean bathrooms too which I have been grateful for with my young kids. My only criticism is that when the area lost power recently during a bad storm, the CVS had no backup generator so was closed for 5 days. I was very surprised because it's a new location. Seemed like it would have been a worthwhile investment. read more

Wish I can give 0 stars the store is out of order everything disorganized open trash on the floor. the guy manager on day shift is very rude doesn't no how to help customers .. I walked in & ask the guy which aisle would the speaker be on he then replied....what is a speaker (sarcastically) they make it very hard to shop here they watch brown skinned people more than watch anyone else.. very uncomfortable & very unsettling... This CVS is very nice and I feel comfortable shopping here located on the corner of Cherry Hill Road and Route 46 East. They have plenty of parking and well designed handicapped spots and nicely lit and clean. The store is large without being too confusing, is clean and well stocked. At times they have sales on products that are being discontinued with a yellow tag with the percentage off and the adjusted price. Some of their prices can be high, I have heard complaints, but if you have coupons or wait for sales you can get a lot off. The CVS app is great and has CVS coupons and manufacturers coupons. Some items you purchase have Extra Bucks which you get immediately and you can use this "CVS money" for future purchases. They carry grocery items, drinks, seasonal items, infomercial items, pet supplies and clothing. They have Money Gram and offer a lot of different photo services. They have 2 self-checkouts and employees are very helpful and friendly. Since Parsippany has banned plastic bags bring your own or pay .10 for each paper bag. I used this Pharmacy once and they were very friendly and accommodating and if you can't find an item they will help. Some Pharmacies have a Minute Clinic not sure about this location and there is a drive-thru Pharmacy. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! No meds in stock! The personnel is rude! The wait time is forever!

Pharmacy is ridiculous inside or at drive up. Nobody acknowledges your presence. If you call for help, they will acknowledge you & say be right with you. After waiting 25 minutes to talk to someone, I was told they were working on it & it will be 10 or 15 minutes. If I was able to ask the question 25 minutes earlier, I would have left & come back. Another experience was being on line at driver up for 1 hour fir covid test. Once at window, was told computers were not working. I would like to think they could have gone outside to notify people waiting & close drive up. read more

Pharmacy always backed up and when calling you can be on hold for over an hour. I would not recommend.

They need to work on their customer service. Totally unacceptable. Never left a CVS so angry.

I had knee surgery last week and came in for ice this afternoon. It ended up being a much harder endeavor than anticipated and I was a fumbling mess trying to balance it all with a crutch. A young employee by the name of Byron quickly came to my rescue, not only grabbing the ice bag that I dropped, but also taking it to the register, helping me check out and carrying everything to my car. I'm not sure I would've gotten through this visit without him and am so very appreciative he swooped in to help -- and went above and beyond. read more
