He continued asking what else he could help me with. I finally had to ask him if this was a new program or if he was hired to do what he was doing. Providing exceptional customer service is what he was providing, not just pointing me and going back to wandering around, as most of them do. I was totally impressed with his attitude and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
