I'm a disabled veteran I never use them, but my female friends had used them she had 7 refills left on her headache medicine and 30 pills when she got her refill it had 0 refills left and only got 10 pills after being redirected from Temple to Belton CVS charged Medicare for the refills but kept the others for themselves she has since called waste fraud and abuse, whomever they talked to probably split the profits. Hopefully another government agency sees this and starts an investigation. read more

There is a new tool that allows you to view what violations each pharmaceutical manufacturer has, I use it with my patients and myself. I had to switch to CVS because it's now the only pharmacy my insurance covers. Two of the medications I filled here are from a manufacturer with numerous violations. Considering violations such as these have killed people I'd encourage you to keep an eye on what you're getting from CVS. Do not purchase gift cards at this location. the gift cards I purchased are no good, the store directed me to corporate which leaves me on eternal hold. Then the manager asked me to bring the gift card in only to tell me to call corporate again. They are no help and do not care. Terrible service and what a scam! read more

They are usually good. I'm on a lot of medicines and we sometimes get annoyed because they don't contact us to let us know about our medicine but it's hard to find a really good pharmacy anymore and they think they know more than my Doctors. read more

This CVS is horrible and a scam. They have two insurances on file that are very much active. They are not billing both insurance and claiming that I have a copay. They are horrible, unprofessional, and a scam. When I call the insurances only one insurance were billed. They lied and say they billed both insurance and the copay from both insurance are $2.61, in which is a lie. DO NOT USE THE CVS ON N. MAIN ST IN BELTON. pharmacy filled my husbands RX with a much smaller quantity then whatwas on the RX by the doctor and claimed its all they had in stock but we still had to pay the co pay of $35 dollars no matter what size the refill was. telling us thats all they had in stock is misleading considering we waited two weeks with the original filling of the RX cause they didnt have any in stock. Why not ask the patient if they need it now or can they wait to order the correct size. Now we will have paid the co pay for half the size of the refill versus the full size. We have reported this to our insurance company as well as fraudulent. we will not be returning to CVS for future RX's read more

Every drug you have a prescription for that is not a two dollar prescription is always on order for an undetermined amount of time but they will not tell you just how long it's going to take and it delays you obtaining your prescription at least one month usually so unreliable and customer service is 50%. read more

"0" STARS!! As a medical professional, it is frustrating to know that people are going through hassles to get medication. This is probably one of the reasons why people fail to take them. My daughter needed meds for her ear infection and was told by CVS that she didn't have insurance coverage and was offered the discount card price of $140. She in fact had insurance and after waiting over an hour, went next door to H‑E‑B and got her meds under insurance for $10. I then called CVS to let them know that they may have a glitch in the system and they didn't seem to want to listen. Later found out it was due to my address not being updated in the system. Ok fine but a few days later a medication that I was told was on order never arrived I waited a whole week and still nothing. They said another store had it in another city and that they were going to send it there. I drove to the other store only to be told that they did not have the medicine available and that this CVS was told that. I NEVER GOT A CALL to tell me this and waited again wasting time and gas!! I just moved all my meds to H‑E‑B and was able to get my medicine on that day. Then when H‑E‑B requested my profile, CVS FAILED TO GIVE THEM ALL MY MEDS! They sent meds I wasn't taking vs the ones I regularly fill. They need more training and need to learn how to listen to the customers. Stay away and save the headache!! read more

Brought my teenage son in for a flu shot, 6 pharmacy employees sitting around talking. Nobody in the drive through or waiting on in store pick up. The female, blue dyed hair pharmacist stated she was too busy to give him the shot and they no longer accept walk-ins. I showed her the app saying walk-in accepted to which said stated "not by me We have not done that in over a month". I said that's odd the rest of the family walked in this past Wednesday and we got ours. Her reply "Not on my shift, not even H-E-B and Walgreens except walk-in's anymore". With that kind of attitude I'm not sure I would want her administering an injection much less filling my prescriptions any longer. We will definitely be finding a pharmacy that is more customer centric. It is a shame that customer service has gone so downhill especially when it's clear there are so many employees sitting around doing nothing and someone should've been able to help. I'm not sure when it's also become socially acceptable for a pharmacist to sit in the middle of the pharmacy and not walk to the register/window to talk to patients about their condition. The man in front of me was having to yell as he was an older gentleman that was soft-spoken to be heard by the same blue haired woman yelling from her chair in the center of the pharmacy regarding his treatment and medication's. Thankfully there is a Walgreens across the street which was willing to accommodate a walk in less than five minutes after this encounter and they were more than willing to transfer all of my prescriptions from CVS over. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I use this pharmacy often and have never had issue. However, my good friend was COVID shamed when she went to pick up a prescription for her child who has COVID. Why would a reputable pharmacy give a mother an issue picking up a medicine for her child? She was told that "now they have to clean for 20 mins because she came through the drive thru line?" Ridiculous. You should be ashamed, CVS. read more

I can't image why a pharmacy would not have electric carts for their disabled shoppers. I ask the manger in the new Belton, TX store why did temple, TX store have one. He answer was that the manger got hurt so that why there is one there. I feel frustrated at that that your company does not care about customer more than employees. So why should I have you fill my script from the doctor when you do not really care about disabled customers. You make money of scripts you can afford at least three carts for your stores. I have pulled any scripts from your pharmacy and placed them with the HEB in Belton. At least they have electric carts for their disabled customers. read more

Does not automatically run insurance or ask about insurance. Make sure you ask them if they've run the insurance before you pay!!!!! And keep ALL receipts because they won't do any adjustments without it! read more

The absolute slowest pharmacy ever, it doesn't matter if you go in to the counter or go through the drive thru. Plan on waiting at least 15 min. Had an antibiotic for my infant sent to the pharmacy and 5 hours later it hadn't even been started for processing. Staff is always pleasant, but they must be understaffed or something. read more

There website said they are COVID friendly. My family and I disagree! It's bad enough when you get the dreaded call that you and your entire family have COVID but to have a place that shames you for such, it's extremely disheartening and disrespectful! We were only attempting to pick up medicine IN THE DRIVE THROUGH to get better, which is a necessity not a choice. We've been a customer of this pharmacy for nearly ten years, but not again. Lost our insurance, and was going to have to pay $130-230 for a refill of a daily maintenance medication.... needless to say, that was a bank-braker!! The Pharmacists @ this location, Erin & Thomas worked hard to find a solution so that the medication was actually affordable, almost as affordable as it was with insurance!! They were pleasant, they were helpful, they listened to the problem, and they worked to find a solution, couldn't ask for a better experience!! read more
