    The worst & most appaling customer service I have ever had, anywhere. Everything goes wrong every time. It can take 3 weeks to get on rx.

    The pharmacy is ALWAYS slow. The photo center is absolutely useless. Save yourself time and pain... go to Walgreens.

    Worst service ever. They don't know about anything. My company was only with CVs pharmacy. I pay out of pocket just to go anywhere else.

    I love cvs but ever since my favorite manager (Roy) left it's changed. Everyone is so nice in here though.

    This was my second visit to this pharmacy and it'll be my last. My first time there, I was kept…read morewaiting 10 minutes while the pharmacist talked to a customer in front of me about dog food. While I wouldn't ordinarily mind a chatty pharmacist, she could clearly see I was waiting and wasn't in the process of doing anything for the gentleman ahead of me except talking to him. I was in incredible pain and didn't want to be standing there forever waiting, but that's what you get with a small town pharmacy. On my second visit earlier this morning, I was told they don't honor discounts like GoodRX. My medication was already filled and, again, I was in agony so I wasn't about to have her send it to another pharmacy to be filled, knowing it'd take hours to get it done. The cashier was so rude to me, too insensitive and snotty about telling me no on the discount. I don't know or care why they don't do it - I care about how quick she was to ask for it was cash or credit as if I was disturbing her from other work. That same pharmacist was standing right there, just as indifferent to me as the woman in her employment. I will make the trek to Walgreens next time, even if they're not as convenient as Jarrell, and possibly more expensive because at least I know they treat their customers poorly but they're a big corporation. That lack of consideration from a small town pharmacy is wholly unacceptable. I'll be recommending to others to skip this place as well, letting them know they will be treated like an inconvenience.

    This pharmacy does not have its customer processes under control. First you call and try to order…read moreyour RX but they use the cheapest ink ever on the label so you can't read it by the time it's ready to refill, so you have to talk to a person. They give you an approximate time it will be ready They auto call you to come pick it up. If you call and ask how many are ready, they will say all are already when they aren't. You spend 45 minutes to an hour waiting whether it's in the car or inside. It's not until you get to the counter to pay for it that you find out.1) it's not ready, 2) it's not covered by insurance, 3) they gave it to someone else, even though you special ordered it, 4) They have no record of it in their pharmacy so you have to go home and get the bottle, 5) it requires a pre-authorization or 6) it's not in stock. And, they don't take GoodRx, so the worst surprise - you anticipate usual $7.50 copay; the nonchalantly say, "That will be $575.00." Why is it they don't know these things when you order it or why don't they call you back and tell you there's a problem before you wait in your car 45 minutes smelling fumes or go inside and wait even longer. Baylor, Scott and White needs to update their processes for customer service in a very, very bad way. There is a much better way to run a service business. Sadly, they don't know of it.
