Went in for a few odds and ins for dinner tonight , I happen to be building something for my youngest daughter so I decided to stop by the fabric department and asked for help . I want to say Susan did a phenomenal job in helping me pick the fabrics for this project. Susan was fast to show me the clearance and tell me that some of the winter fabrics are on sale too . Curbside take too damn long; it makes absolutely no sense. I've been to other locations and they were much faster. What am I "checking in" ahead of time for, if it literally makes no difference? I was just in this store this morning around 0930 and every single shopping cart was in the parking lot and it wasn't the first, second or even third time it's happened. I've been there multiple (5+) times and there have been no carts available. This time I took it upon myself to go out and bring in 6-7 carts on my own. I've never seen a store with such a lack of organization. Other than the carts being unavailable there are other examples of employees and management being unsatisfactory. Another example of piss poor management is how instead of stocking merchandise an employee just opened a box and drop it on/in the shelf or cooler. See pictures below. read more

Walmart here is an excellent store the staff that work there do excellent work and they always have what you need. However in the parking lot outside with all the cameras and all the employees working I see a bunch of African-American individuals some of them look like they're highly intoxicated going up the cars knocking on the windows nobody wants to do anything about it. There's too much crazy stuff going on in our society for people to be able to just walk up to you and ask you for money especially when there's a crowd of them hanging around asking for money!! That doesn't make the ladies feel too safe like my wife!!! In the homeless people I understand but I don't understand is the signs that say homeless veteran because I used to be a homeless veteran and I know you don't have to live that way there is help out there!! Maybe they need to update their security guard or hire a different security firm the drive around the parking lot in the daytime and the night time I'm talking about broad daylight and I'm talking about today!! 5/21/2021!!! I don't understand why they don't enforce the safety there people should not be allowed to walk up to your car and knock on the window and ask you for money somebody is going to end up getting seriously seriously hurt thinking that their life is being threatened!! The tackiest less stocked Walmart in town. It really is a dump. On Fathers Day, they had the whole soft drink/chip isle blocked off while some pokey employee mopped & waxed it. Really? Went in for a refund on my headset I bought for work because I WFH and Rachel was helping at first very sweet lady but she couldn't do it because a error message popped up and another employee told her she'd have to key it again with manager help and when Rachel went to get manager Amanda the manager told her to give me a Walmart gift card instead of the override and when I asked to speak with her I told her I don't want a Walmart gift card and she said well it's policy and this is new but if it's new why wasn't I advised of the new policy? I work for Costco and every new policy we get we have to tell members about but she said I won't help if you are going to yell and I said what are you talking about I spent money on my debit card why would I want a gift card she puts in her headset and walks off so we exchange words and I'm walking out and this Amanda girl had the nerve to follow me out and I told her if she follows me all the out to the parking lot it won't be pretty and so she continued to follow until another male security guard came and stopped her...
