This is my local target and I frequent it regularly. It's a decent store. They have a grocery section in it, a fantastic Starbucks, there is a concession style food area that always has great Pizza Hut food ready to go. It's all very standard for this store. The only issue I run into is that every time I'm looking for something specific I am always met with "we don't carry it at this store". It's happened to me nearly every time I go here. From kids bedding, to French's fried onions... Target is my favorite big box store, but anytime I wanna go to this one, it's never a one stop shop. I always have to go to a different target, or a completely different store to finish my errands. read more

Way over priced Chinese crap! That's why they are losing so much money! Hahaha hahah hahaha. They do have the best Chinese Houdini wine bottle opener that is made of plastic. Actually, it's perfect for the beach but it only last about a week so I had to buy another. By next week it probably won't be available anymore so I guess I'm pretty lucky that I'm only $40 in the hole. Do not recommend! read more

Attempting to use self-checkout and I have an item that needed to be unlocked. I went and found a worker and I finally found someone, CARMEN with the black hair in the area and asked if she could unlock the box for me. She was very rude and should not be in the customer service area. She then started to imply that I was trying to steal the item. After standing waiting for help for over 5 minutes at self checkout, Me going to find a worker to help me, then be accused of stealing and having her 'discretely' watch me pay for my stuff it is ridiculous at this point. I usually prefer Target over other similar stores because they tend to be neat and organized- this store is the exception. I was shocked at what a mess it was. The first three carts I tried to use had trash and food bits in them. The organization was nonexistent. The employees I encountered were extremely friendly so I gave it an extra star. It was almost impossible to find what I needed though so thus my 2 star rating. read more

Two out of the last four times I have been here while waiting in line for a relatively long time a seemingly well-intentioned staff member opened up a new line and rather than open it up to people already in line invited customers who were not even in line yet to check out. Of course common courtesy would be to decline and offer it to people who had been obviously waiting but in both cases, the customers who would have fit in better across the street jumped at the opportunity. What makes it worse, and again I am pretty sure the staff member had good intentions, but I was directed from the line I chose to another line that although seemingly shorter was significantly slower. read more

When I travel, I always like being able to go to a place that I'm familiar with to pick up anything I may not have brought along with me. Target's that go-to place for me. They pretty much have everything - toiletries, food, clothing and so forth. We arrived Friday morning after 9:00 and it was very quiet. The employees were friendly and we were asked by two while we were shopping to see if we needed any help finding anything. I always get a bit turned around when I'm at a different Target since I'm so used to my home Target. But, this one was very similar, which I appreciated. We picked up our necessary essentials along with some other items (mostly snacks and beverages to keep ourselves nourished and hydrated). Hydration is key being in such a *hot* place! Also, for those out of town folks, they carry the big bags of the Zapps chips. I've only ever seen the little bags at a local sandwich shop called Potbelly back home. I heard great things about the Voodoo one so I knew I had to try it. I'm a big fan of dill so I bought that as well. Bags cost $1.99 which is a great price. At first, we couldn't find an open register to pay. I believe they have two lines for it. We found someone after a brief search. The woman who helped us was super friendly (as I've found most people we've interacted with in this area) and rang us up quickly. Our bill came out to $27.00 even. Rarely ever do I get out of Target with a bill that low! And, it's never even! Overall, had a pleasant shopping experience here, and I'd definitely stop by again to pick up anything else we may need during the course of our stay here. read more

Target - They don't sell these at home (Chicago Burbs)! - Department Stores Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

This is my favorite Target in Pensacola. It's the largest and newest store in town. This is a super Target with groceries and fresh produce. There is a decent size Starbucks inside along with the Target Café. The shopping carts are very nice and rolls very smoothly. Which makes shopping very relaxing and stress-free. Majority of the sale items will be stocked on the shelves with some occasionally empty ones due to couponers (I, myself used to be an extreme couponer). Download the Cartwheel app to save more on certain individual items. There is usually a limit of 4 per each transaction. So if you need to buy more than 4 and want to save with the cartwheel app it is best to separate in increments of 4s. Cartwheel savings varies each week or month depending on the items. It is best to check the app everyday to find the best deals or scan the items in store with its scanning feature. I generally scan everything before heading to the register and sometimes I get a surprise savings! Remember to bring reusable bags! These can save you 5 cent for every bag they use to bag your items. It's best to keep a few in the trunk in case you make spontaneous trips to Target. Redcard; which can be the Target credit card, Target debit card, or Target card. This is my favorite because you save an additional 5%! Which is great for food and non-tax items. Then again tax in Pensacola is 7.5%, so with this you are literally paying 2.5% tax on certain items. I generally use different coupon resources before heading to Target for the best deals. But if you do not have time to coupon, these three things mentioned above are the best and most efficient ways to save! Best luck! read more

My goodness! What a fantastic staff! The staff here make me feel at home and, they are all for you getting the best deal. No muss no fuss! James in particular deserves a special shout out for being a customer oriented employee! He pointed out Cartwheel to us and helped us find other deals within the store. The manager Paul seemed like a manger who understands that being friendly to patrons and his workers makes for the best shopping experience. And it is apparent in his team's work and attitude! In town on vacation. Went here because I accidentally left my bathing suits at home. I was immediately welcomed when I walked in, employees and the manager checked on me, and the dressing room staff was super patient with me. Great store with great employees! read more
