You can see in the add it says nothing about an exchange. He said it was a DoorDash problem and when I questioned that he told me I was out of luck (SOL). I'm out the $100 until it returns to my account and a DoorDash employee wasted his time when he should be making money. I tried to call the customer support for Greer's and their answering service takes me back to the main menu no matter what selection I make.
