She said she did not know why and can't override it. KOHLS IS DENYING RETURNS !!! Even if the item does not fit or if it is damaged. BEWARE TO YOU ALL!! With all the Christmas wrapping and such, the receipt was misplaced. The next day, I called and was confirmed they would accept the return for exchange (which was the plan anyhow). Because of a hectic holiday work schedule it took about a week for my wife to have time to go do the exchange and now they are refusing the exchange, being rather rude and questioning her honesty on the exchange. I or my family will never shop here again and pass on this abuse.
