Which is quite a lot for me, personally. They had great Kohl's cash deals, more than a week ago (spend $50 get $15 Kohl's cash) and currently back to the norm (spend $50 get $10 Kohl's cash). The online order process was easy and something I've been familiar with for the last couple of years, plus they have an app for your phone! I'm also a couponer (used to be an extreme couponer, during grad school). I was able to get some early Christmas gifts for the entire family, with the last 2 weeks early Black Friday deals! I was so happy and still am! My first order I selected the 'pick up in store' option. There was also the 'drive up' option, but I didn't think about it at the time. So we went to pick it up and I thought maybe I could do the 'drive up' option at that time. But there was no option for that, if you already picked the 'pick up in store' option. So on my second and third online order, which I picked up all at the same time, I selected the 'drive up' option during checkout. It was so quick and efficient! Just drive to Kohl's, park in the designated "Drive Up" lot, open up the email or text message for the "Pickup Pass", open the "Pickup Pass", then enter the lot number you're in plus your car color & model, and lastly pop open your trunk or unlock your back seat door. It literally took them a total of 2 minutes from the time I parked to the time they close my trunk. I can't guarantee that for everyone, even though I had 2 pillows, 3 fluffy throws, and a box of shoes. The associate who came out of Kohl's to drop off my items wore a mask as well. Thank you. As soon as we walked into the door at the Pensacola location we were greeted with smiles and Justin assisted us right away. He helped my fiancé find pants and a white shirt to try on, along with the perfect tux jacket. Justin even helped my fiancé pick out a pocket square and the most comfortable shoes. It's a very cute little store that is well organized. They also have a small section of name brand casual/athletic wear for men & ladies. When we learned the storm was going to hit our Beach House, Sir Hubbers & I left St Petersburg in such a hurry we left without packing anything. I mean we literally left with nothing. We had some stuff at our Surf Shack but after 5 days of Pirate Savagery without power, we quickly realized we needed some better shoes & clothing for cleaning up our humpy, all the debris in the yard, downed fence etc., We shopped all over town for many things, but we found a lot of things we were looking for here, at Shoe Station. Work boots for Sir Hubbers, rubber flip flops for moi for washing off patios etc., Rugged Casual/athletic wear for working around the yard, BBQing etc., Shoe Station, was right on time & had exactly the goods we needed to get the bloody stormy Pirate jobs done matey, Arrrr! OuiOui. Shoe Station also plays groovy music inside while you shop, has excellent parking & very friendly service. Next time you need Bloody Piratey boots, rubber seafarers bootstraps & pantaloons, sail on over to Shoe Station, it's a worthy destination. Highly recommended.

My wife purchased shoes before Christmas and determined they would not fit like she expected and…read moredid not wear them again. We put them back in the box, intent on returning them. With all the Christmas wrapping and such, the receipt was misplaced. The next day, I called and was confirmed they would accept the return for exchange (which was the plan anyhow). Because of a hectic holiday work schedule it took about a week for my wife to have time to go do the exchange and now they are refusing the exchange, being rather rude and questioning her honesty on the exchange. I or my family will never shop here again and pass on this abuse.
