Clean and the variety is phenomenal. We got chicken fajitas and chicken al pastor. Absolutely fantastic. Our guests loved them. They make fresh guacamole and we bought the spicy one. The chips are made there and they are are thicker and crunchier. I thought they were okay but some folks loved them. Where they nail it is the tortillas. House made there and they are out of this world. More texture and taste than store bought. Loved them. I liked the big assortment of refried beans in cans or packages. We tried the El Salvadorian red beans and I really enjoyed them. Good change of pace. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I bought a bean and cheese burrito on the way out in the food service area. Seemed a tad bit disorganized and slow. Good burrito though.

The have a nice cheese selection which make for great charcuterie boards. All their Trader Joe's branded items are great, but their produce is often lacking. I was looking for some eggplants but they were super soft and already too wrinkled to buy. I also tried to buy some heirloom tomatoes but their Best Buy date was nearly a week before the date I came shopping and were all squishy. This location is horrifically crowded. No matter the time of day, it is super busy and you can barely walk down the aisles. Everyone is bumping into each other and walking the wrong direction, making the shopping experience really miserable. I would love to walk around the store and take time to browse but I cannot bear to stay in there longer than a few minutes because I don't want to get bumped into. The parking experience is similar. There is never any parking and you'll need to circle the lot for probably 10 minutes before you find a space. Regardless, the store is pretty organized and the shelves are well-stocked. I've had mixed experiences with the staff. The majority of the time, the crew members really encapsulate the friendly and kind-hearted nature that Trader Joe's employees are known for. However, my most recent visit was unfortunately different. When asking for my ID for an alcohol purchase, I wasn't even asked. The cashier, without even looking up from bagging very curtly said, "give me your ID." Her demeanor was not welcoming and rubbed me the wrong way a bit. I would recommend those to come here only if they need something in particular and if you have the whole day to spend looking for parking and crawling around the store.

The have an extremely wide food variety with dedicated aisles for Asian and Hispanic flavors. Any obscure or non-big-name-brand that you may not find anywhere else can be found here. There is a large seafood counter and deli (which have both been recently updated). They sell a huge variety of bulk items too! They have everything from nuts to candy to dog food, herbs, pasta, bird seed, and more. There is a bakery that offers some nice fresh items like pastries, rolls, cakes, and bagels. They also do custom cake orders! There's also a hot food section where they sell freshly made fried chicken, flavored wings, tenders, and sides for a super affordable price! WinCo offers a ton of ready to eat meals. Just pop them in the microwave for a quick and large bite. The staff members are very friendly. They build a lovely relationship with the regulars which is great to see. They never show any sense of attitude, even when it gets very busy (which is often). Sometimes the lines can get super long (particularly towards the beginning of the month and in the afternoons). Most of the time, they have plenty of check-out lanes open so the wait isn't too bad. Everything is relatively well-organized. The store is huge but it doesn't feel like a maze trying to find the items you need. The aisles are wide but get congested at times. Since they're open 24/7, it's not too hard to beat the crowds though. If you decide to shop here (which I definitely recommend), note that they don't accept credit cards!

I was unimpressed by this one. As soon as you enter this store, you are met with a very unpleasant, almost rancid, smell. I couldn't quite place my finger on what the smell was, but it was definitely not something you want to smell when you enter a place that sells food. We checked out the produce and meat sections first. The fruits and vegetables seemed fresh. The meat section, however, was a bit concerning. All of the plastic bins where the large cuts of meat were stored were filled with meat juices. Although the refrigerated section was cold, I was still a little concerned about the sanitation. Unless you are truly buying in bulk for a restaurant or event setting, the prices are very comparable, if not more expensive, than other grocery stores like WinCo. The smaller bag of potatoes, for example, was significantly more expensive than the same size bag at Costco. The giant bag of potatoes though, was very cheap in comparison. They definitely have a great variety of items that your typical grocery won't carry though. A lot of the items are unique. The sheer amount of drink/cafe syrups was astounding. They have every single thing you may need for a restaurant from take-out containers to sauce and jelly packets. I am not familiar with the pricing of these items, but this seems like a convenient place to buy them.

Needed to get an item that I decided would be cheaper here. Before finding the shaver I walked through the DVD section and say some good prices. I remembered some movies i was planning to order from Amazon. Ask one of the ladies to help me find some of them. She said, "We have what we have" Really appreciated being told what we all knew and translated means you are on your own to find anything in that mess. Found the shaver a few dollars under the Target price, but I was bummed out by then and thinking about this whole place is a mess. I remembered a few years back when my car was broken into and damaged in their parking lot. Decided to get out of the place fast. Wish there was half a star for ratings. I have pretty much had such horrible service every time I shop here from rude associates. On one of my visits I went into the restroom and an associate was coming out of the bathroom stall she stopped in front of the sink but not to wash her hands , she was just fixing her hair and then left. On my way out of the restroom I noticed she was at the customer service desk, I couldn't resist stopping by to let her know that what she did was disgusting and potentially dangerous to everyone she comes into contact with by not washing her hands. She wasn't even phased or embarrassed by me bringing that to her attention. This is exactly why I always sanitize my shopping cart handle before I shop anywhere. read more

This location is consistently a disappointment. They're always under construction, and the fitting rooms are perpetually closed with no staff in sight to assist. The employees are unprofessional, and the entire store seems to lack proper management. Unfortunately, I stopped by the Plaza Park location this morning out of convenience, and once again, it was a frustrating experience. Construction everywhere, limited staff standing around, and only one checkout line open--it's an absolute mess. And forget about finding produce; they seem to treat fresh fruits and vegetables like some rare treasure. As for the rest of the food selection? Let's just say it leaves a lot to be desired. Oh... My... God... Walmart on Plaza Parkway must sit on a direct portal to Hell. Its dirty, noisey, every ghetto person for HUNDREDS of miles goes there on the regular to let their kids run amok. I LITERALLY had a lady try to fight me because I said "excuse me." to her kid that almost ran me over. But all of that aside, there is ZERO guest help, the lines are long and slow. Just left the Walmart on Plaza Parkway. Not shopping there again. Don't like being treated like a criminal. Obviously there are security systems are in adequate define thieves. They have to treat every customer like a criminal and double check their receipt on the way out the door. So beware when you go to Walmart on Plaza Parkway you will have to go through two lines check out to buy your item and then security to prove it. This Walmart-- better known as Tatoo-mart is horrendous to shop at. I would never take my children here. 90% of the customers are vulgar. I asked the manager if I could have a discount... after all, I would buy another brand I'd they had one available. No discount, the manager says something about how they will get dinged for it... so f**k me, the customer, right? The manager says that the cream won't magically go bad on the 16th. So next week when my cream goes bad, I should bring it back to the store so he can have a sniff, I guess. I loathe how this store has outrageous prices, consistently sub-par produce, and bad customer service. Their checkout lines will literally be 8 customers deep and they WILL NOT open a new lane. Why is it that COST LESS GROCERIES has better produce and service than RALEY'S???? Why does Raley's hate its customers? My mom used to shop at the location in Century Center when I was a kid, and I have been shopping at Raley's since I've had my own money. Well, not any more. This company has gone downhill.
