I can shop at Marshalls without even glancing at the clothing section! This particular Marshalls, however, does NOT have a "Red Carpet" section which consists of designer goods. So based on that sheer difference alone, the Heartland location is much better! Even the shoes at this location were of inferior quality. Even though this location was dead, there was a bit of a wait in the communal line. Only 2 cashiers on duty, but the one who served me was quite friendly!

Clearly, this store's manager must have cataracts for it was not SAKS or Bloomingdales. Being "uppity" is NOT called for. A simple look down the coat isle was not going to hurt the sales person momentum at 2pm in the day. Future suggestions: 1. Be consistent with other stores. 2. Offer better customer service. Don't get arrogant many stores did e.g. Eatons, Sears, Mexx, Danier, Nine West, etc. 3. Get rid of the manager/ or coat section sale person.

I like it that it's very clean and well maintained. For meetings, there's Coffee Culture. Breakfast it's Sunset Grill. Guru Lakshmi is very popular and always busy in the evenings. For quick dinner, Popeyes is quick and fast. For fresh fruits and vegetables, Food Basics is the place to go. It basically has everything a neighborhood plaza needs to service its community. They also have a veterinary clinic, a martial arts studio, etc. Parking space at the plaza is huge and free. As of 2018, it looks like they're going to build more space for commercial establishments. More variety and more choices. Good for clients. Commercial traffic will surely grow now that Marriott Hotel has opened just across the plaza.

There was barely any staff willing to assist customers I saw a couple of ladies busy doing they job moving stuff etc and another lady behind the registers department that was pretty much it.Most product have no pricing on them and how the heck are we suppose to shop without knowing the price unless BBB gives you access to their unlimited purchase gift card.So so annoying. In my experience that coupon brings all the items back down to a realistic prize zone (just barely though). I really like the wide variety of products, especially the ones that make you go "Yeah I mean I GUESS I could use that". Another thing is they have some good travel products, quick and cheap tech products and seasonal items. The bedding items are all super overpriced unless discounted and I'm on the fence about the curtains. I like the tech section too because you can get a lot of things, mostly fitbit, and apply the 20% discount. I really liked the return policy circa 2017 but, they recently changed it up to be less lenient (which I definitely understand was necessary considering how many people were being downright ridiculous and taking advantage) but, it's still a bummer. To me, I see this store as a one off visit because they have this uber specific product that I can grab and go or for dorm shopping because it's such an "all-in-one-place" situation and they have a good sale during that time (August-Sept). Winners stores have brand name clothing, footwear, bedding, furniture, fine jewellery, beauty products, and housewares. The consumer target market is drop-in customers as you can't shop on-line (...which is currently the case). On any given week they can stock a product you may never see stocked again. Other Winners stores may not have the same product on hand. If you like it, then I suggest you buy as you can always return it if you change your mind. Staff are helpful and checkouts are fairly quick.

Fixtures were dark, especially the shoe shelves. They had large flood lights, but I found the lighting quite dim, a bit irritating to me. I think it's done on purpose so you don't know what time of day it is. "Designer" brands were only a few purses on a round 3-tiered shelf in the front. Again, not sure if they're going to expand this into a full-on "Red Carpet" section. Selection-wise, I found it a little better than your average Winners, but again, it's a Grand Opening, so of course they'll have their best merch up front. This location has always been so clean and tidy from inside and have more and better pantry items than other Walmart locations. Now during pandemic we have been using their curbside pickup and it has been an amazing experience and no issues what so ever. If they did miss some product or something is in bad condition, you just contact their customer service and they assist you in finding a solution every time. It's a one stop shop, where you can get everything. We have another Walmart location close to our house, however we prefer going to this one, it's much better and worth it!! Thanks

I thought that I could get some lemon juice. Nope! I was pleased to see ramen, though. The storage containers for food are great. I'd come back just for them. It's clean, staff are friendly, great selection, fair pricing. I have never had a complaint until October 3, 2025. After waiting in line a while, I was served by ELLEN . We didn't get off to a great start. I handed her my winners bag to put my purchases in. She told me to bag it myself! I always help, just not when I'm ordered to. My total was about $215. I gave her cash, $220. In 11. $20bills. She counted it 3 times. I finally told her she needed basic math skills. No yelling, no swearing. She got all defensive and mouthed something rude. She then became overwhelmed and went to count it for the 4th time! . Finally a lady came over, told her to relax, breathe, and finished off the sale for ELEN. Ellen was a teenager, caucasion, long brown hair. I'd really like to know who thought this girl would be an asset and a good fit working a register and dealing with customers. I don't believe she had any training whatsoever. I was not impressed at all ( she had a small brain and a big mouth). October 5th, I was shopping again. ELEN was working cash. When it was my turn, I got Ellen. I don't think so, no way! I told the person behind me to go first. As I was being rung through by another cashier, a very nice one, I guess Ellen was finished her shift. She thought it would be cool to interrupt the sale, give the cashier a huge, fake hug, and discuss her work schedule. I was not impressed. It is then that I decided to write a review. I realized we all have to start somewhere, but why stick someone on cash that can't count? We are not a cashless society yet. Many teenagers would love to have a job in this economy, for extra spending money. This girl doesn't deserve this job. I think she should be retrained in cash and social skills, how to talk to a customer, especially elderly customers who grew up with manners. Maybe the stockroom or a factory is more up her ally. . Marshall's should be more careful who they hire to represent their store. If this is who they chose, I would hate to see who they rejected!!

This is one of their bigger location with a great selection of clothes, home stuff, skincare/makeup and shoes. It was very comfortable to shop at and not crowded at all. Do note that I was there on a Monday afternoon. We got lucky and found a good amount of clothes on clearance with the red sticker price tags. We found brands like Moschino, Theory, Rebecca Minkoff, DKNY, Herschel, Lazypants. Most items we picked up range from $15 to $30 which is a really good price!
