The staff were amazing and I loved the experience. They were all helping me pick the perfect gift for the perfect girl. The parents loved the gift and I know the mother will probably buy something to match the little girl's outfit. This store is a gem. I would advise anyone to shop there.

Not very forthcoming with a way to fix it. Crummy. Another staff person eventually found it or another button randomly in a drawer. Worst part is- day of baptism: black security tag left inside dress! Wow. Explain that discomfort to a baby!! Tried to get it off. Impossible. BIG oversight by the store and a headache to deal with on the day of the baptism!

Great TRU location... Just really annoying to get out of the plaza…read more The TRU itself is fairly clean and it's easy enough to find staff. If you can't find something in store, you can always ship it to them and they are fairly quick to get things done.

Awful store, not sure how they are still in business having such an immature and unprofessional…read morestaff, I was in the store I put a movie into the bag I was carrying so I could text my wife back and forth like we were doing when I found a toy I was going to buy my daughter I took the movie out of my bag, this male employee that was following me around came up to me after I took it out to go purchase the movie with the toy (something I have done at other stores all the time). Decided to stop me have me take my headphone out and continued to harass me while insinuating I was thief, he said do not conceal that cuz security told him to follow me, I literally already had the merchandise out to purchase it... I told him ok no problem man, and he continued saying don't do it I laughed and said ok and he was still there I said ok u can go now and he decided to keep going so I chirped him saying concealing isn't a crime if I haven't left the store which it is I have worked security it's not a crime til the person leaves the property, this employee let the power go to his head after I said I literally have it out to go purchase it now, and he continued to insinuating that I was a thief and I knew how it looked which I agreed with initially until he kept harrassing me and said something about it being stupid that I had it in the bag ( yet again have done it at tons of other places) til I got mad and said no what's stupid is your talking yourself out of a sale at that point he got butt hurt and threatened to call the cops(which I had not issues with knowing I was in the right)and not let me purchase anything at all so i gave him to product laughed at how immature and unprofessional he was and had some choice words for him while leaving. He followed me out of the store and stood outside watching me which at that point I grabbed my phone to take a picture but the snake ducked back into the store before I could get a picture.

I have wanted to check out this local store for some time. Stopped by on a Sunday during their…read moreoperating hours. The sign said open and the window advertised specials. I walked into a small crowded space, which was dominated by a group of children doing crafts. I assume it was a birthday party. As I entered, the adults on the premises looked at me like I had two heads. Feeling like I had done something wrong, I said "I'm sorry, is the store open?" You would think that this is where someone in charge would realize they should have locked the door and put a sign up about the private party, and then apologize to the unwitting would be customer. Nope! One of the adults rolled her eyes at me and said "I suppose it's not." I think this may have been the parent hosting the party, but it's possible it was someone linked to the store. Then a person who I can only guess was an employee of the store said "no, take an envelope!" There were several unmarked envelopes on the door. Perhaps they contain the secret instructions required to infiltrate this establishment, something like bringing a quail's egg under the light of the waxing moon or saying a secret password. Because, I can attest that walking in the door during the store's hours of operation doesn't get you very far. I can't speak to the goods there, because I doubt I'll rouse enough nerve to try to enter here again.

But given the size of the store it was quite good and they had good stock to go through and find hidden treasures :). There is plenty of parking and the cashier was friendly.
