I asked the staff if I could return if I don't like my purchase and the lady said yes. I even double confirmed if it will be a full return and she said yes. So I bought two dresses and told the lady I will let my daughter try it on and pick ONE (and the staff didn't say anything.) The next day I went back to the store and wanted the return the item I didn't like. But the same staff told me I couldn't get a return on my credit card but only a store credit can be issued!!!! And she said the "full return" she mentioned yesterday meant a "full return to store credit". What a joke?!?! This is totally a fraud!!!!! One attendant there (Maria - small in stature) actually teased…read moremy mother regarding her foot injury (she was in a bad car accident) and teased my father who is a stroke survivor. Also got the initial order wrong, then proceeded to blame my mother, and insist that the gown received was the one ordered. Horrible way to treat someone, let alone someone putting down a large sum of money for their sons wedding. This should have been a happy experience, but it was completely ruined by this woman's appalling customer service. When the manager was approached, it was shrugged off. Other staff in the building seemed nice, however the experience with this woman so hurt my mother I would go out of my way to ensure no one would have to deal with this woman again. Avoid at all costs.
