They allow you to browse the store and start a fitting room. There's isn't much sales pressure and there is always a dedicated attendant to assist you with zipping up the dress. I felt comfortable and assisted in the right way when needed. I found a dress I was in love with, however it was in a rough condition. The sales lady tried her best to alter and steam the issue and even assisted with better pricing to offset the minor issue. I walked away and went for a coffee and browsed a few other stores, when I realized the way these dresses fit my body at this store is nothing like the other big boxed stores for straight and narrow body types. I came back and just purchased the dress immediately. Great help from Deana and her boss Reena.

When I arrived the same saleswoman (the same person I had spoken to on the phone) said, "You shouldn't be here!" even though my blouse had been put aside for me, with my name on it. The store confirmation had been sent to the wrong store, as if that were my fault. This woman continued to berate me, saying I should have waited until Tuesday for pickup, a day I cannot take off for shopping. She didn't apologize for her weird rudeness. Located in Yorkville (across from Anthropologie which I think is owned by the same company…read moreanyways), this store has a downstairs (separate entrance) where the lingerie, shapers and some pjs are kept. I did love some of the bras - they were just unique and sexy and just beautiful. And expensive....one bra I really loved was $88. I just couldn't justify it. I didn't see one bra that had any padding - mostly all sheer which is unfortunate because if you aren't blessed in the chest department I don't think they would look as well as compared to someone who could fill it out. Go outside and then upstairs is where the clothing is. Located on 2 levels it of course has the feel of Anthropologie and similar pricing. This week they have 30% off their sale items. Some jewelry, shoes but mostly clothes I wasn't that impressed by the clothing. I more so loved the lingerie. If you have any sexy time coming up (Valentines Day??!) and just want something that makes you feel lovely then definitely check out their bras.

Also got the initial order wrong, then proceeded to blame my mother, and insist that the gown received was the one ordered. Horrible way to treat someone, let alone someone putting down a large sum of money for their sons wedding. This should have been a happy experience, but it was completely ruined by this woman's appalling customer service. When the manager was approached, it was shrugged off. Other staff in the building seemed nice, however the experience with this woman so hurt my mother I would go out of my way to ensure no one would have to deal with this woman again. Avoid at all costs.

Nanni has been in Hazelton Lanes for as long as I can remember…read more They are highly priced and often have misleading sale signs and discount offers. For example, there was a sign in the window for months that said "70% off Everything" and in very little text said that "Burberry and New Arrivals" weren't included. What this translated into was 70% off high priced obscure brand names, about 50% of merchandise; hardly "Everything". They really like to tote about their Burberry collection but its very very over-priced and I wonder how they will hold up once the Burberry store opens on Bloor Street. Sales people are some what pushy and as is typical for Yorkville they really don't have any flare for fashion and are more like sales robots.
