As an owner of a small business myself, I was absolutely appalled by the 'customer service' I…read morereceived at this store. Within a minute of entering the store and I was clearly on a mission to find a special occasion dress for my daughter, the owner/staff approached me with a pair of shoes in his hands, which apparently my two-year-old daughter (closely followed by my mum) had picked up from a shelf (she's TWO!) and sneered, "if these shoes were to get dirty, I can't sell them, you know?" I mean, seriously, if this is his attitude towards a children's clothing store, then maybe he's in the wrong business?!?! That snide and unnecessary remark was enough for me to turn my heels and vow to NEVER return. My mum shared with me afterward that she had gotten a similar cold-shoulder treatment from the same person when she last visited (sans grandchild). I would implore anyone who is planning on visiting this store to reconsider or risk having a terrible experience that will surely leave a bad taste in their mouth.

Absolutely awful service. Don't even consider going to the store. For the sake of all other folks,…read moredon't bother going there, and certainly don't give your money to rude, condescending cheats. I encountered on 2 separate occasions different staff, one male and one female. The female did not even greet us when we entered the store (we were the only customers in there) and spent her time browsing on the computer. She was visibly annoyed when we asked for her help. The male owner was pushy, rude, and snobbish. Long story short, we were lied to. We ordered a dress, after the male owner reassured that we could exchange or refund the dress if it did not fit. Upon the dress arriving (note: we had to call them, they did not call us) it unfortunately did not fit my child. Upon explaining politely what we had been told, the female owner scoffed at us and said absolutely no refunds. Her only suggestion was to pay to get it altered. What a scam. Hands down the worst, most appalling, and most offensive store I have ever been to. It does not deserve to be in Bayview Village, which I consider to be a high-end mall which prides itself on luxury and quality, which should be extended to their service as well.

Bayview Village Shopping Centre - Although the Doc Martens are cool, it's the phone that caught my attention.

When I visit family in Toronto, I often find myself visiting the Bayview Village Shopping Centre…read morewhether it is meeting family for a coffee and snack and then walk around the centre, stopping by some of the retail spaces for shopping, or making a reservation for a sit-down restaurant. On my most recent visit to Toronto, my family and I visited the Bayview Village and had dinner at a restaurant where we made a reservation in advance. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do, and I appreciate the renovations that have been done over the years. Bayview Village is known for some great restaurants and shops. In fact, there are many different options from upscale and casual restaurants to coffee and grocery stores. My favorites include Italian food at Il Fornello to shopping at Lindt and LCBO to casual like Aroma. You can find all 19 options at https://bayviewvillage.ca/shop/dine. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones. You can find all 47 retail options at https://bayviewvillage.ca/shop/retail. Find exclusive offers from stores at https://bayviewvillage.ca/whats-on/?promotions. There are also fifteen different wellness options from dentists, hairstylists, spas, drug stores, and more (https://bayviewvillage.ca/shop/wellness) and thirteen different services from tailoring to financial planning to travel services, and more (https://bayviewvillage.ca/shop/services) There are also special events that take place (https://bayviewvillage.ca/whats-on/?events) at Bayview Village. While stores and restaurant hours may vary, the hours are typically weekdays from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 12 Noon to 5 PM. There is plenty of free parking around the entire mall. You can read more about the Bayview Village at https://bayviewvillage.ca including a place you can sign up to be "in the know." I certainly plan to return again on my next Toronto visit!
