I've bought many products here but nothing compares to the service and aid I received for my carseat. I was suddenly hospitalized with baby #2 and with the threat of induction any day needed to get my second carseat installed ASAP. My husband and I have crazy hectic entrepreneurial lives and the ladies at Love Me Do literally offered to drive to St-Joes and install our seat in the parking lot if needed. I've both worked retail and owned my own business for years and the care that goes into what they do is beyond amazing customer service. I can't say any more amazing things about this place, Linda, Carolyn and the whole team and invite you to support them as they are amazing people with a big heart.

The woman behind the cash was nice enough, no strikes there. But they have nearly nothing and what's there is strictly the trendiest, overpriced, unneeded albeit decent quality baby stuff. I am not sure if they feel being in Rosedale they should be snobby towards customers but it really has put me off and I will not go again. I understand they are moving maybe they will develop a better attitude elsewhere. It is unfortunate as whoever is buying for the store has a wonderful eye. But this combined with the no return policy which is insane for a children's store unless you are the parent with the child present there is absolutely no reason to buy with a policy like that it is definitely something they should reconsider.

I have been shopping at this store for two years now in Toronto and have found the selection,…read moredisplays, staff, and customer service to be excellent. Unlike the other reviewer, I purchased a decor item that did not hold its quality and was offered a credit, as they keep my purchases on record under my client file. I have also worked them as a buyer/designer for clients without any issue. I would say that their store is the finest in Toronto for beautiful baby and children things. I was so happy to find the French brands I purchased, while living in New York, and they also offer unique, well-chosen local things. I buy almost exclusively from them for my children and for gifts. They are at a higher price point than most in Toronto, but certainly justify that in their quality offerings and store experience.

I liked getting some used clothing of brand names for less, like Hatley and Roots. There may be some good finds hidden but there are also a lot of clothes that look outdated. I have also purchased new stuff for my kid, like hair bands, stockings, hair elastic, bracelet, and ear muffs. Unlike other preloved stores, this one does not have a rewards program for more purchases. Their new clothing is usually like almost $60 for one dress for a toddler. However, there may be new staff here that don't feel as welcome when I walk in. Their preloved stuff is sometimes overpriced. And my first consignment try was a disappointment. Instead of telling me the requirements of what they accept, they had me sign a paper with my details and drop off - when I asked for details on the rules they have, the woman told me it was same as that sheet of paper. They had me hopeful that my kid's outgrown clothes will sell. They rejected the item and I had to schedule another trip in to pick it up. It would have been easier if I knew the first time. They don't seem to greet visitors to the store or ask to be helpful anymore like they used to.

She put together a whole outfit which was all reasonably priced. You honestly can't pay for that kind of customer service these days so it was refreshing to see. I will definitely keep Kostatex in mind for future events. This place and its staff are just simply amazing!

So much is only available on the web. Well if you are looking for: - baptismal outfits - christening gowns (including the traditional long ones), and outfits for boys - formal wear for young girls or boys (for flower girl or confirmation or other such events) Well..... LOOK NO FURTHER!! This place is great! So much selection, and the staff and owner couldn't have been more helpful! My niece lives out of Toronto, so they let me take pictures and send to her, and then we discussed it on the phone and we made the choice over which one we wanted. This is a small family run business but they have been on the Danforth for a long time. That speaks for itself.... and frankly based on the service I had today, they'll be there for much longer! So if this is the type of clothing that you are looking for - head on over -- you won't be disappointed!! Outfits were available in every price range - so no matter what your needs and budget, you'll find something here! (BTW - some other lady was in there -- and like me, noticed their new sign and went in and found exactly what she was looking for).
