Unlike other preloved stores, this one does not have a rewards program for more purchases. Their new clothing is usually like almost $60 for one dress for a toddler. However, there may be new staff here that don't feel as welcome when I walk in. Their preloved stuff is sometimes overpriced. And my first consignment try was a disappointment. Instead of telling me the requirements of what they accept, they had me sign a paper with my details and drop off - when I asked for details on the rules they have, the woman told me it was same as that sheet of paper. They had me hopeful that my kid's outgrown clothes will sell. They rejected the item and I had to schedule another trip in to pick it up. It would have been easier if I knew the first time. They don't seem to greet visitors to the store or ask to be helpful anymore like they used to.

She helped me understand how winter items for strollers work and gave suggestions on what I might be interested in.
