Being a seamstress , and working predominantly on wedding dresses , my latest repair was one for the books.... besides this girl bing charged over $700 for bad work , and walking out very unhappy with the fitting, which by the way was too tight on her bust. The bustles really were the highlight.... 24 to be exact ... Totally unnecessary. As 1 was sufficient... DAVIDS.... get someone who knows what they are doing, or be prepared to refund these brides... a charge for this work is unacceptable... brides, please ask to see their seamstresses work, and a must is to get a quote... this was an upper tip off and her wedding being next week, I have to fix their work. read more

Booked an appointment at Argentia store. The sales consultant was not available for 15 minutes after appt. time. I found an outfit for Mother of Groom without much help from the coonsultant at all. Consultant said we could put it on hold until end of day, since this was my first store. We asked what time that was, and was told 9:00. After shopping all day, got home and called to purchase the outfit. The receptionist could not find it and said they only hold until 6:00. I called and then went in 45 minutes after 6:00 and was told the outfit was no longer there so must have been sold. The person never offered to help me get from another store or any other reasonable solution except to offer me different sizes. read more

She walked us through all the dresses we wanted and eventually we picked the one that she picked for us after hearing about our family and our backgrounds and our preferences (modern but elegant with elements of Indian and Greek styles)! David's Bridal was the first of four stores that I visited this past week for my gown hunting adventure with my family (who flew in specifically for the purpose of helping me find the dress I will get married in). I don't think it's fair to write a review on a bridal store based on whether or not it is the location where I will purchase my bridal gown, so I am going to focus on the dresses themselves, the service, the prices, and any other tidbits that may be interesting for brides-to-be (and in some cases, members of the bridal party as well). My hope is that my review will help you make an informed decision about whether or not this store is worth visiting during your own bridal gown adventure. PRO: For each style of gown, they have a wide range of sizes ready to try on, so you don't have to squeeze yourself into a sample size if you're a bit bigger or find yourself swimming in a too-large gown if you're on the petite side. It makes it easy to see what the gown will ACTUALLY look like on you once ordered. CON: Having multiple sizes per gown means that there aren't as many different styles available as it appears when you first walk into the store. Once I had narrowed down exactly what I was looking for in a dress in terms of look and details, I only ended up with about 6 gowns that really fit my criteria in the entire store. PRO: They have everything you could possibly need to picture yourself as you will look on your wedding day. Don't have the right bra? They'll supply one for you to use during your visit. Didn't bring shoes? No problem! Curious how a necklace will look with your #1 choice gown? Go ahead and try one on! CON: It's easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of bridal STUFF in front of you and forget that the dress has to come first, and the details can come later. PRO: Plenty of decent sized dressing rooms (with my name and wedding date posted on the door for a personalized touch) with plenty of mirrors and space to marvel at how good you look in a wedding gown (go ahead and ogle). CON: There were no apple boxes/platform to stand on! I didn't even know what I was missing until I arrived at the next bridal store on my list! As a 5'2" woman who will undoubtedly have to shorten whatever dress I end up getting, I feel like I didn't get to see the dress in as good a light as possible. Maybe they had boxes somewhere and I should have asked to be elevated when trying on the gowns? It was my first stop and I didn't really think to request this. PRO: My budget was around $1000 before alterations (with the willingness to go over if it was the absolute PERFECT dress for me) and I think everything I pulled that I loved was $1000 or under. Even a couple of the White by Vera Wang dresses I grabbed were still within my budget. You have a very good chance of finding something that fits both you and your wedding budget. CON: Less expensive dresses do equal less expensive details and features (for the most part). That being said, my favourite gown ($1000 on the nose) was stunning, and featured delicate bead-work and fabric that felt good on my skin. As well, the Vera Wang dresses had very luxurious fabrics that were beautiful, yet affordable. PRO: My consultant Paige was very helpful, and answered any and all questions that I had. She took my measurements and saved my size and favourite dress style into their system in the event that I decide to go back later and purchase my gown at David's. There was never any pressure to buy that day, and since we had a bit of extra time left in my appointment slot once I finished trying on dresses, Paige indulged my desire to see my sister in some bridesmaid dresses and continued to assist us well after I was back in my street clothes. As well, I was delighted to learn that they were cool with us taking pictures of our favourite choices (watching too much Say Yes To The Dress made me think that photos in a bridal store were a HUGE no-no), and those photos were actually incredibly helpful in my decision making process. CON: No cons about Paige. She was great and made me feel important and beautiful. But as a warning to other brides: I visited David's at 2:00PM on a Thursday. There were only a couple of other customers in the store which made for the ideal shopping experience. If you go on an evening or weekend, I imagine this place gets quite harried and I wouldn't be surprised if each consultant had to help more than one bride at a time. If you can, try to go on a weekday morning or afternoon so you can be the center of your consultants attention. tl;dr conclusion: You can go in with almost any budget and find something you'll be proud to call yours on your wedding day. If you want to keep shopping simple, this store can easily be your one-stop shop for all your bridal and bridal party needs. read more

I would give it 1/2 a star if I could.. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable dress shopping experience, do not go to David's Bridal. The staff is extremely rude and they do not listen to their customer's needs. I booked an appointment to try on a few dresses a couple months ago and did not have a good experience. The lady that helped me did not smile once and wasn't very helpful at all. It just seemed like she didn't want to be there and acted miserable the whole time. That alone turned me right off and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. But what topped it off was the customer service on the phone. They talk to you as if you're inconveniencing them! So bottom line, if you're looking for a good wedding dress shopping experience, go to a small boutique and avoid the big box stores like David's Bridal, because they are not personable and do not care about anything but making a sale. if you're looking for a walmart experience, then maybe david's bridal is for you. good day read more

David's Bridal is really just a bridal/wedding factory. It churns things in and out at a lower cost. I don't think that's a surprise to anyone, Nonetheless, you can still be the best at what you do and how you do it. I just don't think they're the best. The selection just looks cheap. You can be inexpensive and still have a quality look. Their staff also seem complacent. My biggest issue was that I got measured for my bridesmaid dress by their staff and the dress came in too small. 2 inches too small! I went into the store and they were able to zip it up at the cost of my lungs. They then said that I was "inbetween sizes". WHY would you order the smaller size then if I'm in between? I also find that they NEVER answer their phone the first time. I usually have to call 3 times in a row to actually speak with someone. Once, I was even put on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back to talk to a new CSR. I'll never go back - unless another friend decides to go for her wedding. read more

LOVE David's Bridal Mississauga. I've been there a dozen times and every time people are super helpful. The first time I went in to try dresses I wasn't ready to buy but my consultant Stephanie was WONDERFUL and helped me find my dress. I made sure to request her when I went back to buy my dress. I have also ordered my BM's shoes and my shoes from them. We have another appointment to go in a look at MOB dresses in a couple weeks. I definitely recommend this location! read more

The first time I came here in the summer, I would've rated them a 1-star (and that's being nice...to keep it short, let's just say employees were grumpy and we were ignored). Came back to give it a second chance and this time around the service and experience was exceptional! I just wanna note that we came in with no appointment but they still welcomed us. I wanna give credit to Yurema and Alison for helping me out! They were extremely helpful, very friendly and also outgoing. Unfortunately I didn't really find what I was looking for but it was still a great visit! Yurema greeted us as we walked in and set me up with a "profile" which I wasn't aware of during my first visit. She explained where everything was and how it works. She let us walk around until Alison was available to help us further. We told her what we wanted and she knew exactly what kind of dresses to pull out! She was genuine and very nice to talk to! Bringing my wedding dress in for alterations was a complete nightmare. I felt like it was a conveyor belt of brides with no personal or human aspect. Not only was I charged $250 to just take in the bust of my dress- but when I got it back is was still not properly done. Now with a few days left until my wedding, I have no time to fix it. WORST experience ever. The associate knew I was unhappy with the failed and hardly noticeable alterations and offered no solution. I have bought all of my bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dress at this store. I will warn every person I meet about my terrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

My experience at David's Bridal from start to finish was totally disappointing. I have 9 bridesmaids and during my first phone call was told it was not convenient to bring all of them at once to choose dresses because Saturday's were very busy. I was baffled by this statement and found it to be an irritating way to start my experience at David's Bridal. I would assume based on the amount of options for bridesmaid dresses these days they would be happy to serve 9 people at once. I was told on the phone that if I booked my appointment by April 30, 2015 and they purchased dresses my bridesmaids would receive 20% off their dresses. Once we were in the store, my bridesmaids were force/suggested to change with a minimum of 2-3 people per change room as (again, 9 people was too large for them to accommodate). And we only had one hour. Once we picked the dresses our sales associate took down each name and style of dress. I was also informed that there was no such promotion of 20% off for dresses. She looked at me as if I was nuts. I told her that it was the staff in that store that told me about it. Obviously nothing was done about it and they did not honour what was said to me. As there was no such promotion, my BM's did not order their dresses on the spot. They had time to wait and order closer to the wedding. Every BM that phoned in to order their dress was told that there was nothing on file as to the style of dresses they tried on. Once the figured out the dress they were interested in, they made their purchase over the phone. Slowly, one by one, I received phone calls from David's Bridal informing me that "I had a size 6 ready for pick up". I would constantly ask which bridesmaid are you referring to... and they had no idea. It was simply their size. They never took down their names. When I received some sourness over the phone from the consultants about why their names aren't attached to the dress and size. I was told that my BM's should have received a receipt. I asked if people who ordered over the phone received an email receipt... the answer was no. Their receipt was waiting for them at the store. This obviously happened to me 9 separate times. I found it really irritating to ramble off the size of a dress but not have a name attached to it. David's Bridal had no problem taking in payment, but they had trouble writing down names... which I find insulting and very confusing for me. I had to ask people for their sizes so I could tell which BM had a dress ready. Obviously this whole situation is not the end of the world, but for a bride trying to make a good decision in terms of price and style for her bridesmaids, David's Bridal fell way short of any expectations I had. I did not enjoy my experience, all of my bridesmaids did not enjoy their experience and I will never recommend the poor service, poor attitude and general rudeness of this store. I should have never had my best friends treated that way and pay $200+ per dress. Thanks, for nothing, David's Bridal. I promise to share this story of a wedding fail. read more

I went to David's Bridal last night to look at wedding dresses for the first time. I made the appointment online and received both an email and phone call confirmation. My appointment was for 6:30 on a Friday night. My best friend arrived around 6:20. I had to fill in a form with information about my wedding and we were told we could look around or look at dresses on an iPad. We chose to look around and had to browse for maybe 20 minutes, we were told the consultant was with another bride and just wrapping up. Our consultant was Alison and she was fantastic. I showed her some pictures I had saved on my phone from the website and she brought them all over. She also provided me with a strapless bra. She was very interested in hearing about my wedding and was asking my friend and I questions about how he proposed, etc, which I thought added a nice touch. She was working with another bride simultaneously, but when I made the appointment online there was a notification that stated that so I wasn't surprised. She was able to help me in and zip me and clip me into each dress. She was also around to give feedback and listen to my opinion. Unfortunately I can't really comment on her ability to pick dresses, seeing as I had a pretty good idea of what I would like/would flatter me and every dress she pulled was my choice. She did near the start of the appointment ask me what my budget was and was very conscious to tell me before she put me in a few of my picks that they were over budget. I appreciated the honesty and that she wasn't just trying to make a big sale. I tried on a few blush coloured gowns and had mentioned that I loved pink. When I tried on a few white dresses she already had a few pink sashes pulled for me to try with them. Adding the final touch with the pink sash sealed the deal towards the dress I was leaning toward! I ended up with one favourite and 2 close seconds, and by 7:30 I didn't want to put any other dresses on, but I also didn't want to make a choice and commit without showing my family. She wrote down the style numbers and gave me her card and encouraged me to come back. I can't judge for how the store is on the weekend, but there were only about 6 people trying on dresses while I was there and I had lots of time to spend with Alison. Overall I enjoyed my experience. I took one star off because I was waiting about 25 minutes to start my appointment. But other than that I really enjoyed shopping at David's! read more

I was surprised by David's Bridal. I had heard awful reviews on their customer service and selection for plus sized brides. I had a fantastic sales associate named Allison. The second dress she picked out was my dress. I wanted something that had a huge poof. She got me in an Oleg Cassini Organza Ball Gown and it was GORGEOUS. Alternations were expensive, which is why I am only giving it 4 stars but for everything I wanted customized... It's understandable... With adding a corset back, adding a bustle and hemming three layers - it costs about $550 for alternations alone. But they were great even with my bridesmaids - there were so issues with sizing but they did help us out greatly when the size was completely off. Be warned their samples are often stretched from others squeezing into them. But I had good experiences there. No one treated me any different even though I am a plus sized girl. read more

I had an extremely mediocre experience trying on wedding dresses here and that mediocrity descended into deplorable when it came to alterations. David's has some nice dresses but the associates rush you into ordering and don't seem very happy when you ask to try on some different styles (I tried on about 5 and she seemed a bit annoyed). At this point the service was on par with my expectations, being a big box store. You get what you pay for. I decided to let them alter my dress, figuring they'd do a decent job since they've done so many of the same style. It ended up costing nearly as much as my dress, which I could've lived with if it weren't for the lazy quality of work and rudeness I faced from the seamstress. She used two bra inserts to create a faux push up insert that looked strange and felt uncomfortable (she didn't even bother hiding them inside the dress so you could literally see them from the side when I'm wearing it). When I told her that the top of the dress was too tight, she insisted nothing more could be done. Overall she was extremely defensive and dismissive about any concerns I had. Isn't that the whole point of the final fitting though? To get all the tweaks right?? All she wanted was my signature acknowledging that her work was done. I ended up going to a local seamstress who was able to fix this mess for me and I severely regret not doing so in the first place. read more

If you are expecting the "say yes to the dress" total experience, then you may be disappointed. But I did not want to spend $3K for my dress (older bride, second wedding), and I am not a prima donna. We live about 3 hours NW of Mississauga, but this is the closest Davids, and I was not going to order online without trying the dress on. My daughters and I went to David's on a Friday during Christmas week in December (wedding in July). We had 2 appointments - one for me, and one for their bridesmaid dresses.We had a great experience. The salon was not too busy. I had been looking at the dresses online, and gave our consultant (unfortunately I did not get her name) a list of 12 possible dresses. I tried ALL of them on, and she was very patient and was helping my daughters at the same time. I found a beautiful dress, my daughters amazingly agreed on a dress, and we also bought shoes for all of us! My daughters are going to school far away, so they shipped the dresses and shoes for them, and I arranged a fitting date in early May. But they did want me to pick up my dress when it came in, and then bring it back for my fitting. I guess they don't have storage space for everyone's dress. Luckily, we go to Toronto fairly frequently. I went back today to pick up my altered dress, and the fit was not quite right. The alternations seamstress was so helpful and nice, and told me she would fix it up in one hour...which she did! She took time with me to show me how the bustle worked, and the hem is perfect. I am very happy with my dress and would recommend this David's location. I think that the other David's locations may not be as good as this one, as there are reviews that seem very critical and negative. My advice is to try and avoid going on the weekend. You will get more attentive service because the salon will not be so crowded, and the consultant will have more time for you. I am so happy with my dress and can't wait to wear it on July 12! read more

I've had the great experiences at David's Bridal. When my mom and I first started looking all over for wedding gowns we must have gone too at least five other places two were down town, two in Scarborough and two in Mississauga. When we first entered David's they warmly welcomed us. Offered to help us with anything. (We were just looking at this point). However their prices for Bridesmaids were amazing compared to Revival Bridal, Sophie's and Impression Bridal Second visit we had an apt. With Allison. She was very helpful. She had a lot of experience.. And certainly knew it all. We were happy, and impressed. We didn't find The gown.. But we knew for sure we would come back for the bridesmaid dresses. Our second appointment went Extremely well! We came in and started looking with my MOH. This time we made an apt with a Very nice young woman - Reena. She was Extremely Helpful. She knew her stuff! She found the dresses that suited my MOH and By the end of the appointment we had found the dress and the perfect color. We were so happy with Reena and the dress. I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal on my very first day of shopping 2 weeks ago. I had Reena Mann as my consultant and she was amazing. She just understood me and didn't pressure me to buy things other than my wedding dress. I told her the process was overwhelming for me and wasn't ready to buy more than my wedding dress and she understood and didn't push me, which I loved! I showed Reena my antique engagement ring to start and told her I needed a vintage-inspired dress to go with my ring. I felt like she knew what dress was right for me before I even did. I can't say enough of how happy I was to work with someone who I felt really understood what I wanted. Thank you David's Bridal and Reena for giving me such an amazing experience! Tacky is honestly the perfect word to describe this location. The dress selection is bad, I mean you really do get what you pay for, so I was not expecting much. However,I would never buy a dress here unless you are seriously on a budget, they are just bad. Not only that the service here is terrible. Completely unorganized. Even with your scheduled appointment, you end up waiting 10-15 minutes and then look at dresses with a bridal consultant who clearly has little to no training on bridal dresses. I mean, it was pretty bad to the point I had to constantly correct the consultant. You are than placed in a fitting room surrounded by 5-8 other fitting rooms. It's basically like a clothing store, where you have other bridal parties seriously within arms length of you. They don't do a good job in terms of space, I had two people attend with me and they had to share a chair, where the bridal party next to me had about 8 people crowding the area. There are easy ways to reoganize this so you dont have to breath on the next party, but it honestly was an overall awful experience. I would never recommend someone coming here. read more

I scheduled an appointment for bridesmaid dress shopping. We arrived on time to a zoo of people. There were only 2 of us trying on dresses and there were 4 of us there. Mother of the bride, bride and 2 bridesmaids. (Which I had provided to David's bridal at time of booking) When we arrived for our 6:30 am appointment we were introduced to our "stylist" who was very friendly but it has to be said she was most certainly not a stylist. We had picked out several dresses online we wanted to try and pretty much none of them were available. We were shuffled through a zoo of people to this narrow back area for changing rooms. It was crowded and people's clothing were scattered all over the chairs. They said we only had one changeroom available and was asked that we share one changeroom for changing. I said no, we only have an hour appointment and we would not be sharing one room. I am not sure the point of booking an appointment and providing numbers if you don't have the space to help us. We did find dresses that worked for us but I have to say this was a terribly disappointing experience. We didn't get the attention we were promised, they didn't have the space for us and the dresses were all unavailable. It was chaotic and very unprofessional. I will not be going back. We had hoped for a little more personal attention, seeing as we booked an appointment with a stylist but our girl kept taking off and it was hard to even find her at times. Our bride repeatedly had to ask her for more dresses and go searching for her. read more

Alright... My first experience with David's Bridal Mississauga was not that great. I went in with my Bridesmaids to select their dresses. My appointment was made in advance and I live 2 hours from the store and have 6 bridesmaids, so when I booked I informed them that I have 6 bridesmaids trying on. When we arrived in the store, it was pure chaos! Not only was it busy, we were assigned with a relatively new employee and given only one fitting room. It would have been okay if all my maids were close, but I had 4 who were my family and 2 who were my fiancé's family. Also, the fact that they were of many sizes and shapes, so only one person trying on the dresses wouldn't suffice. I also wanted everyone to have a different dress, but be in the same color. What saved us at this appointment was that I asked my bridesmaids to look online beforehand and select the dresses they were interested in, so the appointment went quick and our sales girl was more of a gopher at getting the dresses. Please note: if you are interested in a particular dress online, call ahead because we found out that a couple of the dresses we selected were discontinued and can only be ordered online. So my in store experience was not satisfying. We were planning on buying online anyways as the turnaround time appeared to be quicker and also my bridesmaid wanting the discontinued dress could get it. Well, of course the international shipping was not working online and after a month of calling David's Bridal Head Office in the U.S, they finally informed me that they didn't know when it would be resolved, but they will ship the dresses to my closest store (Mississauga) and it would be there in 2 weeks and that I would receive a discount due to all the troubles. 2 Weeks later, I called the store and no one was aware of anything.... So after a few discussions with the Manager and I believe Assistant Manager, they were going to look into it. I can't thank Valerie and Janice enough for staying on top of this! it took over a month to finally receive my dresses, but they were soo accommodating with calling me and telling me what dresses are in and what they were waiting for. Due to my work schedule as well, I was trying to manipulate my schedule to pick them up, but I didn't need to after all as they had went ahead and shipped them to my home address. David's Bridal Mississauga did a complete180 and impressed me beyond belief! I was not expecting such great service after my appointment ordeal. I would definitely recommend them and if you have any issues, I can assure you that they are great at listening and acting on them.. They definitely value their customers and want the recommendations and repeat business! read more

Great service and very friendly people. There was an issue with alterations, after they had measured me and pinned my wedding gown, it was too small after the first alteration. However, they had it amended very quickly and everything else was smooth from there! I would still highly recommend the store, i was in there a few times after purchasing my wedding dress and the employees recognized me and always made a point to say hello. read more

I went to David's Bridal for my wedding dress a few weeks ago. I was immediately greeted and me and my group were escorted to a dressing room with chairs set up and a little heart sticky note on the door with my name and wedding date (cute!) The saleswoman (Xeni) was very helpful - especially considering I had no idea what I wanted. She brought me many different dresses until we finally narrowed it down. When I had gotten down to two dresses, she brought out veils and tiaras for me to try and complete the look. When I chose my dress there was a ritual to follow with some kind words from the store manager about my special day and a bell ringing ceremony. A little odd for someone shy like me, but still sweet. The only downside was having to pay for the entire dress cost up front, but understandable. I liked that when I told her my budget, she did not give me dresses above the cost to try make a bigger sale. Overall I had a great experience! read more

I purchased a dress from David's Bridal Mississauga at the beginning of February and it was ready for pickup mid February. I decided to get the dress shipped to my house. It has been 6 weeks and after paying 17 dollars for shipping I have not yet received my dress. They originally shipped my dress, but did not give the post office the correct address so the dress was returned to the store. Management has been extremely unresponsive to my phone calls to get my dress shipped. This is really frustrating, I would NOT recommend getting your dress shipped with David's Bridal. read more

Do yourself a favour and skip a visit to David's Bridal altogether. It's not worth giving your time or money to and I had a terrible experience from the get-go. I had the worst customer service experience from the moment I called the Mississauga location. The girl I spoke with was unbelievably rude with a huge attitude. I called right back to complain and cancel, then decided to avoid that location and booked with the new Hamilton location instead. Also another mistake.... The customer service was awful. We arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and were ignored by all of the staff who ran around us. When I was finally paired up with my consultant, the appointment was 15 minutes behind. The consultant was absent in mind and presence throughout the appointment. She started taking on other guests during my dress fitting and would disappear to help size bridesmaid dresses on two other guests. Being visibly upset, my mom stepped in to help me change while my sister picked out the dresses. We were all annoyed and ready to walk out, but I wanted to give the store and dresses a chance. Again, big mistake.... On top of terrible customer service, the dresses are very low quality. The fabrics were cheap and unflattering. After trying on more that 8 dresses in a variety of styles, we couldn't find one that looked decent quality - even a dress I tried on from the Vera Wang collection. The whole process was beyond discouraging. Save yourself the time and dissapointment - avoid this place! There are SO many other fantastic bridal salons in the GTA with affordable prices, great styles and consultants who give you respect and time. read more

David's Bridal was the first bridal shop I went to. I walked in not having any idea what I was in for lol. I booked an appointment in the beginning of December as I'm getting married in July. I had hands down one of the BEST experiences dress shopping at Davids. My saleslady ASMA was terrific! I walked in wanting no bling, no strapless, and no tulle. Boy did I change my mind once I started trying on dresses! I told Asma my budget and she was very helpful finding me dresses I actually liked and looked good on me! Since I'm a curvy girl she came in with corsets to help smooth my curves. At first I was a bit shy about having another woman dress me, but I quickly got over it after she joked saying she used to work at a lingerie store and has seen it all! I found that David's having an Ipad at our disposal was terrific and helped me find dresses I liked since actually going through the racks was overwhelming! I narrowed it down to 2 dresses and promised I'd come back. About 4 weeks later after having HORRIBLE service at a different dress shop, I came back booked an appointment with Asma and said yes to my second choice! Yes I had to ring a silly bell and make a wish, but it was really cute and was very exciting having everyone turn and look at me! On that appointment I also had my bridesmaids try on dresses and we found perfect dresses for them as well. I give this place 4.5/5 and highly recommend you book with Asma, she was funny, friendly, down to earth and did not pressure me one bit. She definitely knows how to dress un-decisive, overwhelmed brides to be! :) My only complaint was having to pay in full up front. Yes you have to when you are ordering a dress. read more

First store I decided to visit and had an enjoyable experience. I went on a Thursday afternoon so the place was empty and I had lots of time to look around. They have a good selection of affordable beautiful gowns and were able to accommodate my short timeframe (4 months). The consultant I had was friendly and helpful. I didn't find "the one" here but it did hold a close second! My only negatives are the lighting isn't the best -- made the ivory dresses look yellow, and I didn't think the seamstress was as knowledgeable as she portrayed. She was quick to say yes to any of my requests (adding sleeves and a higher neckline) but wanted to use scraps instead of suggesting I purchase the material myself. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of patch work on my wedding gown. I'm sure she is great with your typical fitting but for those brides that may need a bit more than the typical l would choose another seamstress. read more

I was here with my best friend and next bride. We didn't have an appointment as we walked in when they had just opened. They were kind enough to find us a consultant anyways. We lucked out! My bride had no clue and I mean 0 idea as to what style what theme she was going for. Rachel was our consultant. She met us with a huge smile and an awesome attitude. Even though we had an I don't know attitude. By process of elimination through questions and observations Rachel brought us 2 dresses to try. From there on it was more of like putting together the perfect man. I like this part of this and that part of that. Through the whole process Rachel was super patient and super helpful. Her smile and awesome attitude never faltered. Down to the end we were stuck between 2. The bride basically was saying if they could only put this on here and do this to this one. Rachel found a way to get Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom meshed together, confirmed with alterations tailor and boom! We have THE dress! She said YES! If you're getting married, looking for a dress and feel like you don't know where to get started this is definitely somewhere to start and the service, you just can't go wrong. read more

Terrible place. I do not recommend. I went on a Saturday with an appointment. We waited 45 to get helped and then the costumer service person takes to us for about 30 seconds and went back to another bride. THEN this other staff member told a member in my party with a new born baby she couldn't sit down. We were so mad we left right away. If you want to get your dress in the worst place ever and get treated like your getting a cheap dress from Costco, this is your place. read more

Arrived at the store at 12:25 for a 12:30 appointment on a Saturday and there was literally hundreds of people in the store!! I automatically thought this would be a nightmare but at 12:35 our name was called and Christine was ready to help us. Our appointment was a complete success.
