They allow you to browse the store and start a fitting room. There's isn't much sales pressure and there is always a dedicated attendant to assist you with zipping up the dress. I felt comfortable and assisted in the right way when needed. I found a dress I was in love with, however it was in a rough condition. The sales lady tried her best to alter and steam the issue and even assisted with better pricing to offset the minor issue. I walked away and went for a coffee and browsed a few other stores, when I realized the way these dresses fit my body at this store is nothing like the other big boxed stores for straight and narrow body types. They were fantastic at Glamour U. She worked for hours to make sure I found an outfit that could work with my shoes and then even the right jewelry to go with the outfit! Yes it's a good sale ... if you could even find something. So many clothes were thrown about, nothing was in a place that made sense, and if you did want to buy something, the crazy part there was a line up of at least 16 people. Forget even trying something on... I think half the rooms had other people stuff from who knows when. Something tells me they're seriously understaffed. I find this store to be one of the smallest Zara in the GTA and with the most casual lower end items. Save your sanity and your dollars and head over to Yorkdale or Sherway. Like....wouldn't you think to call the manager yourself in the first place, if there's something happening on the register that you don't understand? Common sense is not so common. Anyways, a manager eventually came and was much nicer and much more helpful. So that was appreciated. Although upon arriving home and calling customer service to make sure a refund was in process, I come to find out it wasn't. *eye roll*.
