I already knew the dress I wanted and spoke to Andrea on the phone who was so kind, and told me they'd handle the rush order. When I got there, they were very clean and adhered to all sanitary procedures. It was nice being the only party in there. They had two dresses set aside for me and I was ready to go. Instantly fell in love with the dress I told Andrea about, and bought it that day. They gave me a glass of champagne and for my mom, plus a goodie bag. The seamstress was on site to help, too. They make sure everything is perfect and I felt so good being there. Finally got that moment I was dreaming of. I highly recommend this place to be treated like a queen.

It was her first appointment, so she wasn't sure what she wanted exactly - but the consultant was so friendly and great at pulling dresses (plus belts and veils) that fit her style. When you first wallk in, you're surrounded by racks of sample dresses. After discussing styles and budget, we were shown dresses by some lovely designers (ie. Amy Michelson, Anne Barge, Nicole Miller, Jenny Yo, Carolina Herrera, Reem Acra Bridal, etc. ) For an hour appointment, you can choose about six dresses. They recommend choosing three dresses of the style you want and three other dress styles to compare. The fitting rooms are private and quite large with plenty of room for about 3-5 people. The environment was very nice and relaxing and my sister felt no pressure to buy or make a decision. They also carry bridesmaids dresses on the third floor of the shop.

When I entered the main shop, it was decorated beautifully and has two floors of wedding dresses. The whole place looked so amazing! The dressing room was huge, and looked bigger than a room in most condos. You get the whole dressing room to yourself to change in privacy, and there's a separate big waiting room for your guests to see the dress when you're ready. I was hoping to have Carlo as my consultant, but I saw him helping with another appointment instead on the same floor. I can tell he's very passionate, and can hear his voice making suggestions from the other rooms. I had Beverly as a consultant, and she was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy. I didn't have a huge budget for dresses, but she still treated me nicely and offered some great recommendations. I appreciated how she helped me with each dress, and was always positive and never impatient. Hard to deal with my opinionated family sometimes! I got to see a wide variety of dresses, and a better idea which styles look best. I didn't end up making a purchase on my first visit, but do plan on returning if needed as I'm still on the hunt for the right dress! One thing to note is I didn't like how they have a flat fee of $850 for alterations (heard it used to be $600 in the past), for everyone regardless. I wish they offer a variable fee, depending on how many alterations you need! There is the option to just buy the dress, and get it altered elsewhere though. Overall, I had an amazing experience here and can tell why it's so highly recommended! Definitely worth a visit for sure!

We had the most enjoyable shopping experience EVER with him today. He put the bride at ease immediately, explained the process and picked out THE most beautiful gowns for her to try. Carlo has a great eye for detail, offered Sarah tons of great tips for her beach wedding in Mexico, and made the entire process a breeze. I can't thank you enough Carlo, the bride and BOTH Moms had a great time AND she said YES to the dress! You are a complete doll! Dianne Mariano

After reading some negative reviews for Sash & Bustle, I have to be honest my expectations were…read morerather low. However, I am happy to say I really enjoyed my bridal shopping experience here. First of all, the store itself is stunning. I also love how they offer a curated selection of wedding related accessories as well such as gorgeous silk dressing gowns, bridal jewelry, clutches, bridesmaid gifts, etc. The pricing is also reasonable in my opinion, with dresses in the $1000 - $5000 range. Our consultant, Hallie (spelling?) was very sweet and helpful. I really like how they allow you to select five gowns to try first by clipping a clothespin to the top of the hanger of the dresses you are interested in trying on. They have large racks of stunning dresses to choose from and also stock Canadian designers (love that!). Your choices are then set up beautifully in a change room to try on. Hallie was awesome and helped me get myself into all of the gowns I tried on. They also had shoes for me to borrow while trying on gowns (something I seem to always forget to bring with me!) which was very appreciated. Although I didn't say yes to the dress on this particular occasion, I did really love a gown that is in my budget and (almost) everything I want. Since I have a bit more time, I will do a bit more shopping but definitely will keep Sash & Bustle at the top of my mind! Our consultant also mentioned that they offer bridal styling appointments as well, even if you purchase your gown elsewhere. I will also keep them in mind for help with this in the event I don't get my dress from this location. I would absolutely recommend stopping in for a bridal shopping visit (but be sure to make an appointment in advance!).

Super thankful for her. They greet you with comfy crocs at the door, take your measurements and hand you an ipad of their website. This can be viewed ahead of time for their stock. You add all dresses you like to the cart, and they pick it out for you. There are at least two changerooms from what I saw, a basement for larger sizes, and the main floor which has smaller waist sizes. Looking at the options, I could barely tell it was a secondhand store!! All their options are either secondhand or unused sample gowns. They have some gems!

I loved the idea of a wedding dress having a second grand night, and with all profits going to charity it made it even better! I met with Emily and she was amazing. I had originally selected a few options to try on, but once I started telling her what I liked and didn't like she was able to provide me with options that were more suited to my taste. She ended up bringing a dress that wasn't even on the website yet and I fell in love immediately. It fit me so perfectly that I ended up only needing to get it shortened. Throughout the whole process I kept debating about the dress and put it on hold actually, but in the end I followed my gut and went with the most beautiful dress I tried on ever. Emily was such a rockstar through it all and really listened to me and my vision for the day even when I wasn't sure of what I wanted. She is like a fairy Godmother! I cannot recommend this place enough - one thing to note is that you do need to make an appointment. When I was there the first time, there was even someone from the States who came all the way to this store to find their dream dress (which they did). If you have been thinking of checking this place out, please do!

I went to a myriad of bridal gown stores before coming to Vogue Sposa with no luck finding a dress. At Vogue Sposa, the selection of dresses was so exquisite & unique. I found not one, but two dresses that I absolutely loved!! For future brides looking complete boutique experience, this is it!!

My Mom had suggested "THE ONE"- which ended up being the last one I tried on. I feel horrible that I can't remember the woman who took care of me since we were together in the fitting room for at least an hour (me being mostly naked). She was awesome and had no problem when I wanted to try "THE ONE" on again even though it was a tie-up bodice. My Mom and I decided to take a break for lunch before making a decision. Because I had started my search for a dress so late in the game (apparently 6 months is boreline rush order status) we had to make a decision that day before heading to Montreal. Luckily my sister lives in Toronto and was able to zip over to help us out. We went back to Vogue Sposa and I tried "THE ONE" on again and my sister & mom were near tears.. thats when I knew. It was somewhat in my budget, fit well despite not being at my ideal wedding weight and my family loved it. I'm so happy and can't wait for the fitting in July!
