Arrived at store but only one piece in my order. I asked for the second bottle of hand cleaner. The cashier went away to inquire with someone else. He returned with an unknown lady who immediatly got nasty saying I did not order two items. I showed her the original order and the pickup ready notice. She told me the Bill of Lading in her hand was the actual order and it said 1 piece ordered. I went to this store trying to be a good customer. I asked the original cashier (AJ) to explain what were the circumstances that led to this point. The second employee (lady) started yelling at the first employee (AJ) and told him to the leave the area. I asked the second employee her name and position and she got even more evasive ut argumentative. I asked if I could photograph her nametag so I could identify her as I wanted to be able to recall later. This caused a third staples employee (leaving to go home) to join in and start yelling. The second employee later identified as Abir kept bullying me to accept the incorrect order or cancel it because it is not her fault that Staples cannot fulfill online orders. She said it is a different company division and cannot do anything except cancel my order. At this point I turned my phone on record to capture the conversation accurately. I telephoned Staples Canada from the Heartland store to find out what is the status now? The customer service for Staples Canada seems to be in Morocco (Tangiers) and they promised to escalate my complaint to a Manager for resolution. I also promised to raise my complaint through Yelp, Reddit, and all forms of social media so that the customer experience improves up to the level of common courtesy for Staples Canada store #38. No customer (or employee) should be exposed to this level of bullying or misinformation. We all make mistakes, how you hande it makes you a leader.

When I went back the next day to ask about it, I was told it wasn't there. I was hoping for a little help checking around or confirming, but the manager was not very willing to assist and even stopped the team from helping me look. I'm sharing this so others remember to double-check their belongings before leaving. I really hope the customer service improves, because a little understanding and support would have made a big difference.

They were very prompt in answering questions, the repair work and the time it took to repair. I would like to commend the manager Leo Mia and his team of experts. Brandon Hempel, Tim Lister and Steve Koves, for their professionalism, customer service and knowledge. It makes wanting to go back there for any of my needs a pleasure. Even while I was waiting for last minute changes, other asscociates approached me to make sure I was taken care of. Taz was helpful, professional, friendly and gave me a great deal on premium business cards. I dropped by on a Thursday afternoon and my business cards were ready by Tuesday morning! I now have the best quality business cards at my office I like supporting local small businesses and as I am starting my own self employment business, I will definitely be coming back here more often. It's at a convenient location (in the Meadowvale Town Centre complex) and the staff is great. This is a FedEx depot too, so you can send out/pick up shipments here.
