I frankly pass by everything on my way home. However, I tend to drive up highway 27 to have dinner at Wok of Asia and rarely stop anywhere. Last Saturday, I felt the need to visit this Staples. It's in a large plaza with a Fortinos and Winners that I have frequented in the past. I pulled through a couple of parking spots. I then headed over to this store. I noticed that this store looked like it was about to close. Yep, I came in at 4:53 pm. I had seven minutes to figure out where the tax software was. Oops! Luckily, it was staring in front of me. It was in the printer section. All boxes were empty. A female staffer found me. I felt like I had found her. I asked where I could get the real box with everything that I needed to file my taxes. The display was at the checkout area. Nice! She was great leading me to the checkout. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. She was awesome! This tax software gets more expensive as the years pass. It's now $40 before taxes. Since I file income tax returns for both my parents and me, it's worth the investment. I briefly saw some LEGO building kits and drinkware when I first walked in. They looked cool. I had a decent experience. I hope to come here again with more time to spare! (98)

The salesperson who had helped him was with another customer, and there was a second customer waiting for him as well. I asked a second salesperson if she could help me, and she said I needed to wait for the salesperson who had sold the camera to my husband. There was a third salesperson who didn't have any customers for the entire half an hour I waited. I understand the need for salespeople to be credited for a sale they have made, but an agreement amongst staff to provide basic service to a customer returning to make a designated purchase would provide much better service.
