So, I came back here. The prices are also reasonable and fair price. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable too.

This company is definitely one to avoid. Total rip off, they say they give a warranty on their work…read more- yeah! 15 day warranty. They damaged my phone - the phone has never worked since they "repaired" it, what a joke. They replaced a broken screen, afterwards the phone would randomly mute, lines across the screen, colours faded, not bright or crisp. I took it back, they replaced it again, the second one was worse. I phoned them to tell them I was going elsewhere, I would return their crappy screen, once the phone was fixed. They said: "We don't trust other repair people, bring it back to us and we will take the screen out. So, I did, they put in another broken screen, so I could get it to another repair place, and then THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they said the warranty had expired! Why would they tell me to drive from Toronto so they could reclaim their screen, and give me back a phone that was worse than when I originally took it to them. If you go to them be prepared to hire a lawyer. CROOKS! The phone is now being repaired at Apple, for $350, because they damaged the battery connector. I will be seeing my lawyer on Friday.

Brought in my phone with screen damage, which aside from that had no issues, apps worked, camera worked, face id worked until they opened it. Not only did they not inform me that I would have to go back to Apple but that they could not restore the phone back to normal as promised. They did refund my money after I confronted them and they lied saying that they made me aware of the additional cost. Not True. They returned my phone with the screen damage but now with broken Face ID. I am filing compliant with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Relations, The Better Business Bureau and Apple Canada to make sure they can advertise they fix Apple products or use verified Apple Products.

The repair service is at amateur level. Brought my phone,…read morepicked up the next day just to find out that an enormous amount of glue was now surrounding my phone camera lenses. Meanwhile the whole back of the phone came unglued just a few hours later. Returned today to have the camera lenses exchanged (because I required them to fix what they messed up) and, without letting me know, the new part which was put in place and sealed is of a different color than the original. Don't waste your time, and money, like I did.

They initially took 3 days to fox the display and after 3 days, my phone wouldn't connect to car via Bluetooth. We immediately took it to them. They kept the phone for 7 days saying that they are working on it and finally said that they fixed only the display and don't know y the Bluetooth wasnt working. Even when the display wasn't working I could still receive the calls and was connected car Bluetooth too. I think they have very poor technicians who cannot even do simple display fix. Just waste of money. We paid $360 to just throw away this phone. I do not recommend this place to anyone
