Above and beyond customer service. My mother and I came in looking for a back-up power bank for her computer, and the person who helped us was very attentive and knowledgeable. When we got home, we realized that there were some differences between the one we had just bought and the previous model we had, and so we got confused when it came to setting it up. We called the store, and asked if we could speak to the same sales associate that had helped us (I think his name was Devin?). He proceded to walk us through the set-up on the phone, including looking up our previous model on his computer, in order to see what was different. He stayed on the phone with us and continued to offer guidance as we tried various different troubleshooting methods. He clearly knew the product he had sold us extremely well, as well as other common computer-related issues and how to check and solve them (and how to explain them, with total patience, to those who are much less familiar with this technology!). My mother and I were very grateful for the extra mile he went, in offering his time and assistance, and we wanted to let the store know how much this A+ service was appreciated. Thank you! read more

A severe lack of customer service, lack of competent staff, and just headaches every visit to Staples. Today was the line, told me they could not possibly open png files. PNG files, a file type my grandmother knows. Not HEIC, not a RAW image file, but a freaking PNG (Portable Network Graphics - look I probably taught the staff at Staples something!) Refused my order, made up excuses that contradicted themselves. I could run a Staples store better single handedly - but then again with no training a monkey out of the jungle would be over qualified to work at a Staples store. I will never support Staples again, and will actively let people know that there are other, better and more competent places for anything Staples could offer you. This location is horrendous and has never gotten one of my past orders correct. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this. It'd be more fun to have surgery done by drunk toddlers. read more
